In 2020,China proposed the 2030 "Carbon Peak" and 2060 "carbon neutrality" dual carbon target plan at the 75th UN General Assembly.Because the carbon emissions of the power industry account for about aboutest of about most of the country’s energy carbon emissions,the power system is therefore.Urgently need to reduce emission reduction from the source,and improve the proportion and utilization efficiency of renewable energy.With the transformation and upgrade of the energy industry,a single energy system has gradually upgraded to a comprehensive energy system that is complementary.The flexible response of thermal power response combined with high ratio can renewable energy penetration is an effective path for the low-carbon development of the power industry in the future.A complementary comprehensive energy system,as well as how to reduce carbon emissions and suppress renewable energy abandoning energy phenomena is a major problem for power systems to achieve low-carbon economic dispatch.Focusing on this background,this article is mainly from the perspective of system operation.Based on economic benefits and environmental benefits,the carbon capture-electric rotation joint operation system is optimized.First of all,build a multi-energy system framework for carbon capture—electrical rotation combined operation:the system contains coal electrical units,wind turbines,and natural gas units,and introduces carbon capture equipment and electrical rotor equipment in the system to deepen the different subsystems of different subsystems Coupling intensity,realize the high-efficiency-gas energy conversion in the system,and the self-loop of carbon dioxide.Secondly,the carbon emission right trading mechanism and the green power certificate transaction mechanism are introduced in the multi-energy system operating multi-energy system operating in the carbon capture-electric rotation.The target function of the electrical rotation combined with the multi-energy system,further enhances the economic and environmental benefits of system operation from the perspective of incentive mechanism.Finally,from the perspective of the investment of the generator,combined with the above-mentioned construction of the operating situation of the multi-energy system,the carbon capture-electronic rotating multi-energy system conducted the investment economic benefits analysis and evaluation.It is reasonable to invest in carbon capture and electrical rotation.The main conclusions are as follows:the combined operation of carbon capture and electrical gas equipment participates in multi-energy system,and its economic and environmental benefits are reflected to some extent.Introducing carbon trading and green certificate trading into the supply side of the system,applying appropriate carbon quota and green certificate quota coefficient to carry out ladder-like carbon trading and green certificate trading can further optimize the economic and environmental benefits of the system.From the point of view of power plant investment,the operating benefits of the combined operation of carbon capture and electricity-to-gas multipurpose system can not cover the high investment costs at the current level.If the carbon trading price and the green certificate trading price are adjusted,in addition to the continuous progress of technology,the system’s investment economy is obviously good.
