| Top-coal caving technology has strong adaptability in thick coal seam mining,The application of advanced control,monitoring,sensing,data acquisition and processing equipment improves the automation and intelligent level of the production system of intelligent top coal caving face.However,it also forms the remarkable characteristics of multi equipment,multi link and multi factor of intelligent top coal caving face.Therefore,the safety evaluation of intelligent top coal caving face production system is very necessary.Based on the characteristics of intelligent top-coal caving face production system,this paper takes the four aspects of man-machine-environment-government as the first level indicators,and initially selects 60 second level indicators.Based on the correlation principle,the correlation coefficient of each index was calculated,and the index system was screened,and 47 secondary indexes were finally determined.Combined with MATLAB,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of qualitative indicators to reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty of weight distribution.The entropy weight extension theory calculation model method is used to allocate the weight of quantitative indicators,which improves the degree of the evaluation object belonging to the set and the accuracy of the evaluation results.After the index weight is determined,the safety level of intelligent top coal caving face production system is determined by using extension theoryFinally,taking Tashan 8222 intelligent top-coal caving face as the research object,the established evaluation index system and safety evaluation model are applied.The evaluation results show that the safety level of intelligent top coal caving face production system is "relatively safe" and in line with the actual situation of coal mine,which verifies the feasibility of the index system and safety evaluation model.There are 13 figures,17 tables and 73 references. |
