Since 2021,the price of international energy has risen dramatically,while domestic demand for electricity and coal has remained tight.As the economy recovered in the second half of last year after the pandemic was effectively contained,residential and industrial demand for electricity increased.To maintain the balance between electricity consumption and coal consumption,many places in China pulled power cuts,shut down phenomenon,a number of energy provinces have issued notices to promote coal supply and production in late September 2021.As a result of the problems of low wind resistance and insufficient trestle bearing capacity,this thesis,in conjunction with the detection and appraisal report,the builder’s requirements,and relevant specifications,formulated the coal transport trestle axil reinforcement scheme and studied the key technologies in the reinforcement scheme.Investigate key axillary design techniques.The trestle model is created with finite element software,and the effect of the trestle supported by the axils is simulated by adjusting the chord joints’ supports.The structure’s internal force and displacement,as well as the number of over-limit bars and joints,are all examined.Following comparison,the appropriate bearing position and stiffness are determined,and the axils are designed in accordance with the bearing parameters.Key technology of supplementary gantry design research The wind resistance of the structure can be improved by adding the door frame to the trestle.The internal force,displacement,and structural mode of a trestle bridge are all investigated.The reasonable location and section type of gantry are discovered through comparison,and the gantry is designed in detail.Key technology of reinforcement design of Trestle over-limit bar and joint research The reinforcement scheme for the over-limit bars and trestle and support joints is formulated and designed in detail using reinforcement theory.According to the relevant reinforcement theory,the reinforcement scheme of the over-limit reinforcement and nodes of the rod and support of this project is designed,and the reinforcement of the rod and nodes is calculated according to the relevant formula.Load Reinforcement Research Trestle design for coal conveyance.The internal force and displacement of the trestle are analyzed under each of the three working conditions in the design of load reinforcement of trestle.Finally,the construction drawing of the reconstruction and reinforcement of the coal transport trestle bridge has been completed in accordance with the reconstruction and reinforcement scheme.The trestle renovation and reinforcement project is discussed in detail in this thesis,from the reinforcement scheme formulation to the research on key technologies,and finally to the loading state of the trestle reinforcement design three aspects,which can provide a certain reference value for the similar bolt ball grid coal transport trestle reinforcement work.
