In recent years,with the popularity of outdoor sports and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people began to participate in the ranks of outdoor sports,golf as a perfect combination of sports and leisure outdoor sports,but also more and more attention and favor by the majority of sports enthusiasts.Faux wool clothing has become a staple of outdoor sports brands in recent years due to its light and warm,wearable and easy to care for,as well as beautiful and fashionable shape.At present,the faux wool golf clothing on the market has a certain fashionable and beautiful,but its structure design and functionality still need to be improved.In this paper,the design and comfort of winter golf faux wool clothing is optimized.Firstly,we conducted a market research on the existing outdoor sports clothing brands and golf clothing brands,to understand their basic properties such as fabric,structure,color,etc.We also conducted a market research on the golf clothing brand consumers,and obtained their age,purchasing habits,wearing choices and problems and suggestions on the existing golf clothing.After that,the non-contact color 3D scanning system of Human solution company was used to scan the human body in standard posture and six typical golfing postures to obtain the skin deformation of the body surface.The data obtained were analyzed for significant differences to obtain the dimensional changes of key parts of the human body in six typical golf postures compared with the standard posture.Next,20 kinds of commercially available faux wool fabrics were selected for stretching and heat and moisture comfort experiments.The tensile property includes 3 indexes of the fabric’s elongation at constant load,elastic recovery rate and plastic deformation rate,and the thermal and humid comfort includes 7 indexes of the warmth retention rate,Krohn value,heat transfer coefficient,thermal resistance,moisture resistance,moisture permeability and air permeability,and the above data were used to comprehensively evaluate the tensile property and thermal and humid comfort of the 20 fabrics,and the reasons for the differences in the properties of different fabrics were obtained,as well as the reasons for the differences between the 20 fabrics.The relative advantages and disadvantages of the stretching and thermal and wet comfort of 20 fabrics.Subsequently,according to the sweating of different parts of the human body in the sports state and the different demands for stretching and heat and humidity comfort,combined with the results of 3D body scan and fabric performance experiments,the looseness of the golf clothing was set,and six fabrics with good performance were selected and spliced in different areas of the clothing to achieve the comfort of the human body for the clothing different needs.A total of three winter golf faux wool garments with different styles,colors and fabric splicing methods were designed.Finally,the static aesthetics and dynamic comfort of the three newly designed winter golf faux wool garments and one commercially available winter golf faux wool garment were evaluated by subjective evaluation experiments,in which the static aesthetics evaluated the amount of wrinkle accumulation and the overall aesthetics of the garment in six angles: chest,front armpit,back,back armpit,sleeves and the whole body.Dynamic comfort evaluated the degree of pulling,tightness and pressure of the garment on various parts of the body while wearing the sample garment for six typical golf movements,as well as the degree of stuffiness and stickiness of various parts of the body during the simulated complete golf movement.Through the subjective evaluation experiments,it was found that the optimized and improved garment improved the performance rating by nearly 20%,thus verifying the feasibility of studying the relationship between the deformation rate of human skin and fabric stretchability under different movements,and using different physical properties of fabrics for different parts of the garment to improve the overall performance of the garment,which is practical for the functional optimization of golf garments.Guidance significance...
