Customer satisfaction is extremely important for the management of MD integrated stove terminal stores as good customer satisfaction can help these stores solidify their customer base and enhance their market competitiveness.However,while operating their businesses,MD terminal stores face problems such as difficulty understanding customer psychology and inconsistent service,which leads to low customer satisfaction.Therefore,MD integrated stove terminal stores urgently need to establish a scientific,reasonable,and feasible customer satisfaction evaluation system to improve their service quality.This article chooses MD integrated stove terminal stores as the research object.First,we analyze the factors that affect customer satisfaction and come up with a list of customer satisfaction indicators using expert interviews.Then,we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to organize the indicators into a hierarchy structure and calculate their weights.Finally,using a questionnaire survey,we investigate customer satisfaction with MD integrated stove terminal stores from seven aspects,including brand and product image,product quality and price,actual usage,pre-sales service,after-sales service,customer complaints,and customer loyalty.We combine the weights of the indicators and use SPSS to conduct matrix operations and statistical analysis to obtain the customer satisfaction evaluation results.Through research,it has been found that MD terminal stores have many problems,such as inadequate brand promotion,lack of novelty in brand and product image,lack of diversity in product functions,difficulty in following up with the company’s development in after-sales service level,and inadequate personnel training.This article formulates specific improvement strategies for MD terminal stores’ customer satisfaction from multiple aspects such as brand promotion,consumer demands,terminal service,and sales channels.These strategies focus on breaking the traditional marketing model,establishing a scientific and standardized service system,and highlighting product advantages to consolidate market position.In conclusion,this article provides important insights for MD’s product development direction and technical service management,and offers useful reference for improving the operation and customer satisfaction of terminal stores.
