Interaction For Elderly Users Research On The Barrier-free Design Of Smart Kitchen Information

In the information age,smart life provides elderly users with a more comfortable and safe elderly care environment,but integrated information and complex interactions have also drawn a deep digital divide between elderly users and smart products.This project takes the smart kitchen with the most frequent daily contact by elderly users as the carrier,and aims at information accessibility design.Based on the literature research results and technical support,the user’s information perception ability,smart kitchen information needs,and information interaction are barrier-free Research on design principles and other aspects:Firstly,the article defines the related concepts of smart kitchens and studies the basic theories of information interaction and accessibility.Analyze and summarize the material composition,information composition and technical support of the smart kitchen,sort out the development and principles of information interaction barrier-free design,analyze the interactive case of the information system of the smart kitchen,and summarize the existing interaction problems and obstacles of the smart kitchen.Secondly,the article analyzes and researches elderly users from the perspectives of basic characteristics,information perception channels,scene information,cooking operation information and intelligent interaction information,and uses user interview methods to determine the group scope,behavior information and focus of smart kitchens of target elderly users.The questionnaire survey method is used to obtain the information and interaction needs of the elderly users for the smart kitchen,and then establish a smart kitchen information interaction model for the elderly users.Thirdly,based on the previous information interaction model,combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the article summarizes the basic and advanced levels of information needs,summarizes the interactive behavior logic,methods,operations,and design points in the information,and proposes that the information needs are barrier-free,The principle of information interaction design for smart kitchens for elderly users with barrier-free interactive behavior and barrier-free emotional experience.Finally,based on the design principles,the article constructs role models,kitchen scenes and kitchen stories for elderly users,carries out functional design,establishes smart kitchen information architecture,develops smart kitchen information interactive interface design practice for elderly users,and conducts usability testing and satisfaction evaluation,To verify the usability of the interactive prototype and user satisfaction.Based on the cognitive characteristics of elderly users and the information integration of smart kitchens,this project builds a barrier-free design framework for information interaction of smart kitchens for elderly users,which can effectively improve the performance of information interaction between elderly users and smart kitchens,and improve and optimize the interaction of elderly users.The experience of using the smart kitchen;at the same time,it provides theoretical support for the interactive design of smart kitchens for elderly users,and provides new perspectives and new directions for the design of smart kitchens.
