With the attention paid by the state to the educational function of museum development and the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,the design of museum learning experience needs to be more humanized.Different from classroom teaching,the learning process and results in the museum are highly personalized,but the knowledge in the exhibition is structured and the exhibition form is fixed."How to provide a learning form to meet the needs of different groups in a structured learning environment?" Become an important topic,that is,the "constructivist dilemma" existing in venue education.In order to solve this dilemma,educators and experience designers can develop the secondary teaching content,learning experience and learning tools for visitors,that is,the secondary development of museum learning.Educators reorganize and tap the educational potential of the museum,experience the designer’s design of targeted intermediaries,learning tools and learning activities,implement the "people-oriented" design concept from beginning to end,and innovate the learning mode of the museum.Facing the interdisciplinary,experiential and practical challenges of the development of educational resources in art museums,the contradiction between the fixed exhibition content and the highly heterogeneous learning needs of the audience,the museum staff lack educational professional knowledge,and the institutional teachers lack cultural and doctoral professional knowledge,which is difficult to complete independently.Therefore,based on the background of design and from the perspective of cross professional whole experience process,the author combines Museum teaching theory,children’s psychology and experience design methods,and studies the existing art museum courses,parent-child visiting groups,venue course teaching tools,etc.through literature research method,field research and development,case analysis method,interdisciplinary research method and project practice method,Put forward the design model and principle of "parent-child curriculum and teaching aids of Art Museum",guide the design practice project-the curriculum and teaching aids of "Centennial design" exhibition of Tsinghua Art Museum,carry out design and research at the five levels of strategy level,scope level,structure level,interaction level and performance level,and verify the "model" through student achievement analysis,stakeholder observation and interview,and evaluation of the achievement of teaching objectives.Realize the goal of meeting the needs of interesting and interactive cooperative learning of parent-child groups and stimulating their motivation of independent exploration.The research results provide reference design methods and practical cases for the development of audience centered study tour experience in the art museum,and help museum education researchers,school teachers and institutional managers think about the curriculum and teaching aid design of the art museum from a new perspective,make more effective decisions,and finally achieve the goal of improving the development and utilization of education resources in the art museum.
