Casting is the process of pouring molten liquid metal into the cast mold with certain geometric shape and size to solidify and cool so as to obtain the blank of machine parts.Casting and production is a crucial part of the whole process of machinery manufacturing industry and equipment manufacturing industry.The quality of casting production will determine whether the comprehensive performance of parts can reach the standard eventually.As the pillar of machinery manufacturing industry and equipment manufacturing industry,casting also occupies a crucial position in the national economy.As a major casting industry,the annual production of castings has already realized the global lead,but our country is not a strong casting country,compared with the mature casting industry abroad,still exist the low degree of automation,unreasonable casting technology and other problems.Therefore,it is necessary to study and develop automatic casting system which conforms to our situation,economic practice and high control precision.In this paper,the research status of automatic casting technology at home and abroad was summarized by taking the center of gravity tilting casting as an example.In order to keep the flow of metal liquid in the casting process stable,a set of automatic pouring control system of tilting ladle was designed,and related research was done on the control system of constant pouring flow of tilting ladle.In this paper,the variation law of the residual amount of metal liquid in ladle under different tilt angles was studied,and the relationship between ladle speed and pouring flow rate was obtained.At the same time,the relation between the horizontal movement of the sprue and the dip Angle of the sprue was obtained by analyzing the movement of the sprue during the casting process.The hardware circuit of each part of the control system is designed.According to the mathematical model and the hardware circuit,the corresponding software program is designed.The main program is designed according to the actual functional requirements,the casting control program is designed according to the functional requirements of the casting process,the interrupt service program is designed according to the control algorithm of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the touch screen interface is designed.This paper establishes the model of velocity loop active disturbance rejection controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor,discusses the function of each parameter of active disturbance rejection controller,and establishes the simulation model of active disturbance rejection control for permanent magnet synchronous motor in Matlab and Simulink.Through Matlab/Simulink in different working conditions and simulation of the performance of the active disturbance rejection controller and the traditional PI controller in the process of simulation simulation experiments,shows that in the application of active disturbance rejection controller compared with the traditional PI controller for load changes less sensitive,stronger anti-interference ability,better responsiveness,has better performance.
