| In recent years,the construction industry has been showing a trend of rapid growth,and has achieved remarkable achievements,and the completion of investment,production and large-scale construction projects has played a key role in regional development.However,although the scale of most construction companies is expanding dramatically,their ability to resist risks has not been significantly enhanced.In addition,due to the large number of personnel,wide range of projects and huge funds involved in construction enterprises,once risks occur,it is very easy to cause enterprise bankruptcy and social instability.At present,most of China’s construction enterprises do not have sufficient risk management awareness,and the ability to resist risks is also weak,so the establishment of a comprehensive risk management system and the ability to improve risk resistance are serious issues.This thesis takes the "franchise + joint development" L project of Company Z as the research object,adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,including literature research method,case analysis method,field interview method,questionnaire survey method,and analytic hierarchy method,focuses on the current status,problems and causes of risk identification,risk assessment analysis and risk response in the implementation of the "franchise+joint development" project,and establishes a comprehensive risk management system in the form of risk list,in the process of building the system,focusing on risk identification,assessment and analysis,and risk response,in order to solve the problems of the project and the company.Through the research in this thesis,it is found that Company Z currently has problems such as insufficient identification of risk factors of various construction projects contracted,insufficient standardization of risk assessment and analysis process,and insufficient specific risk response strategies.The main reasons are the lack of comprehensive risk identification methods,the lack of scientific assessment and analysis,and the lack of clear risk response methods.In view of these problems,this thesis constructs a comprehensive risk management system,uses the risk list to refine and sort out each link,and obtains the final simplification of each link,so as to help project managers do a good job in risk prevention measures,and also provide some experience for similar projects. |
