| Waste electrical and electronic products(WEEE)contain a large number of reusable raw materials and parts,as well as a large number of toxic and harmful substances.Rational recycling and reuse of WEEE can create environmental and resource benefits. However, the WEEE recycling treatment industry is developing slowly, and informal WEEE recycling ratio is significant.Although the government has formulated various subsidy fund policies and the extended producer responsibility to encourage and supervise WEEE processing enterprises, the current WEEE recycling management policies have limited effects. Therefore,by adjusting the WEEE recycling policy, the WEEE recycling network subjects’ strategies can be reasonably and effectively regulated, which can encourage recyclers to carry out formal recycling and improve their formal recycling level, alleviate the environmental pollution caused by unreasonable disposal of WEEE,and increase the efficiency of resource utilization; On the other hand,it also can better realize manufacturers to carry out green production and green innovation, improve resource utilization efficiency and green production level.Based on this background,to reveal the evolution path of WEEE recycling network subject behavior strategies at different stages and analyze the influence of main parameters on the tripartite evolutionary stability strategy, this paper uses prospect theory, evolutionary game theory and industrial life cycle theory to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model of WEEE recycling network subjects under fixed subsidy policy and variable subsidy policy, respectively.By constructing a cost-sharing model for recyclers and manufacturers under variable subsidies,we will further explore how to build a green and efficient WEEE recycling network. The specific research content is as follows:Firstly, the WEEE recycling network subjects’ decisions under fixed subsidies are analyzed by evolutionary game theory.Through the analysis of the current WEEE recycling management policy, the tripartite interest matrix under the current policy is constructed, the stability of the system is solved and analyzed based on the replicator dynamic equation and system stability theory, and according to the industrial life cycle theory, the WEEE recycling industry is divided into different stages, and the evolutionary stability strategy of each stage is determined. On this basis, the impact of the current policy on the evolution of the subjects’ behavior is analyzed, the shortcomings of the current policy are summarized, and the direction of policy improvement is explored.Secondly, based on the analysis of the network subjects’ behavior under the current subsidy policy and the impact of parameters on the subjects’ decisions, the tripartite interest matrix of WEEE recovery network subjects under the change subsidy is constructed, the equilibrium point is obtained by calculating the replicator dynamic equation, and the evolutionary stability strategy is derived by referring to the system stability theory, the evolution path of the subjects’ decision is constructed according to the stability conditions, and the influence of parameters on the network subjects’ decisions under the variable subsidy is analyzed.By comparing the evolution path of the subjects’ behavior strategy under different subsidies, the optimal formal recycling level of recyclers and the optimal green production level of manufacturers, this paper further verifies the effectiveness of the variable subsidy policy. Finally, this paper constructs the profit model of recycler and manufacturer under the individual cost-bearing and the cost-sharing contract, and uses the reverse induction method to solve the profit model.According to the equilibrium solution, this paper analyzes the revenue, market demand, recycler’s optimal formal recycling level and manufacturer’s optimal green innovation level under the WEEE network subjects’ different decisions.By comparing and analyzing the revenue, market demand, recycler’s formal recycling level and manufacturer’s green innovation level under different decision-making models, the effectiveness of the cost-sharing contract is verified, and how to better realize the greening and efficiency of the WEEE recycling network under the variable subsidy policy is explored. |
