In recent years,the whole society has been actively promoting and vigorously promoting the glory of labor,the preciousness of skills,further establishing the concept of skills create a better life,and forming a good atmosphere of "advocating one skill,not only academic qualifications ".".Facing the "14 th Five-Year Plan",the reform of vocational education has been continuously deepened,Under the background of quality improvement and expansion of secondary vocational schools,the teaching reform of secondary vocational courses is imperative.The relevant state departments have released the recently revised Law of the People’s Republic of China on Vocational Education and the National Vocational Colleges and Universities Skills Competition Implementation Plan(2017-2020),which is of great significance to the development of vocational skills competition in vocational schools.At the same time,vocational education also ushered in new development opportunities.If we want to make great strides forward,we urgently need to solve many problems existing in the teaching of vocational education courses.Giving full play to the leading role of vocational skills competition in the teaching reform of skills courses plays an important role in testing and improving teaching quality.At the same time,it promotes secondary vocational schools to apply the results of the vocational skills competition,and the content of the competition,and the evaluation criteria,and the training methods and so on to the teaching of "Tea Art" to benefit more students,which has certain research value for secondary vocational schools to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.This study uses questionnaire survey method,interview method,and observational method and other research methods,to investigate the current situation of "Tea Art" course teaching in five secondary vocational schools in Qianxinan Prefecture.Through the analysis and summary of the results,it is found that there are the following problems in the teaching activities of "Tea Art" course in secondary vocational schools : First,the breadth of teaching objectives is not enough,and it is easy to ignore the cultivation of comprehensive literacy;second,teaching emphasizes theory over practice,resulting in a dilemma between teachers and students;third,the teaching method lacks flexibility and the effect is not good;fourth,there are few practical teaching activities,and it is difficult to effectively improve operational skills;fifth,the teaching evaluation method is single,lack of comprehensiveness and objectivity;sixth,teaching resources are limited and it is difficult to guarantee diversified needs.Then,according to the in-depth exploration of the competition standards of the Tea Art Vocational Skills Competition,it is concluded that the competition has a guiding role in the curriculum setting,teaching reform,teaching environment and the construction of teaching staff.Taking the skill competition as the starting point,it is proposed to promote innovation by competition that broaden the breadth and depth of the teaching objectives.Promoting learning by competition,stimulate and improve students’ interest in learning;Promoting teaching by competition,to improve the effectiveness of teaching skills;Promoting reform by competition,enrich curriculum standards and content;Promoting research by competition,skillfully integrate ideological and political education into the classroom to implement moral education;Promoting evaluation by competition,and deeply explore the teaching evaluation index and method system;the seven optimization paths of promoting construction by competition and improving teaching conditions are used to solve the shortcomings of the current teaching situation of "Tea Art " course in secondary vocational schools.In order to better realize the integration of competition and teaching,promote the innovation and development of teaching,promote the overall improvement of teaching quality,provide suggestions and references for the reform and development of secondary vocational courses,further improve the comprehensive quality and vocational skills of students,and promote the reform and development of secondary vocational education and teaching.
