| As a kind of renewable energy that is available for economic use,geothermal energy widely occurs in the Earth’s interior.It is with many favors such as great quantity,clean and renewable,safe and stable,and so on.As a strategic emerging industry supported by the state,geothermal energy industry is of great significance to China’s energy structure adjustment,energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental improvement.It has a very broad market prospect and development space.After many years of accumulation,the geothermal energy business of D Oilfield Company has possessed with certain strength.With better productivity of geothermal energy industry and under the pressure of market competition,it is an urgent issue for the company to explore a way suitable for geothermal energy business in oil enterprise.In this study,the geothermal energy business of D Oil Field Company is taken as the research object.Under the guidance of enterprise strategic management theory,Firstly,through PEST analysis method and Porter five forces model analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the macro environment and competitive environment faced by the company’s geothermal energy business,and analyzes the company’s internal resources and capabilities according to the actual situation of the company’s geothermal energy business.Then,using SWOT analysis method,this paper defines the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company’s geothermal energy business,analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise,and determines that the geothermal energy business of D Oilfield Company should choose the growth strategy at this stage,That is,by seizing the good development opportunities of the external environment and relying on its own advantages in technology,industry and development experience,we can strengthen the market competitiveness and seek the rapid growth of performance.Then,according to the development strategic positioning and objectives,the specific implementation strategies are formulated from three aspects: focusing on geothermal heating,market development and win-win cooperation.Finally,in order to promote the effective implementation of the development strategy,safeguard measures are formulated from six aspects: optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening technological innovation,improving the level of fine management,strengthening human resource management,ensuring the demand for funds and deepening the corporate culture.On the one hand,the research of this paper provides some development ideas and strategic measures for the sustainable development of geothermal energy business of D Oilfield Company.On the other hand,it can also provide some reference for China’s oil enterprises to develop geothermal energy business. |
