Laboratory management of hazardous chemicals has always been an important research direction in laboratory safety management.In the chemical laboratory safety accidents,flammable and dangerous chemicals accidents account for a high proportion,and the loss is large.It is our eternal goal to protect the lives and property safety of flammable and dangerous chemicals laboratory personnel.In recent years,the state has continuously improved the guidelines and security standards for laboratory security in response to laboratory security issues.According to industry standards,combined with computer technology and information management technology,corresponding information management systems have emerged in research and development laboratories in all walks of life to improve the degree of enterprise management informatization.Enterprise informatization and information standardization have gradually become an inevitable direction for the good development of enterprises.At present,the domestic LIMS laboratory information management system has designed a large and comprehensive module,which has realized a lot of functions.However,according to the investigation of hazardous chemical laboratory accidents in recent years,most laboratory accidents occur in the experimental operation stage.Therefore,in terms of hazardous chemical laboratory management,it has become a new demand to increase the safety management function of the experimental operation process.This paper refers to the existing LIMS technology and laboratory information management system management specifications,combines Internet technology,uses the mainstream B/S architecture,and uses cloud platform deployment and container isolation technology to reduce deployment costs and stabilize the system operation.A set of safety management system for flammable and dangerous chemicals laboratory shall be established by referring to the management document of laboratory flammable and dangerous chemicals experiment operation.The flammable and dangerous chemicals safety management system has designed the intervention in the flammable and dangerous chemicals experiment process,and has realized the use of the introduced evaluation mechanism to score the information data of the experimental materials applied by the personnel before the experiment starts after the application for the experiment and before the operation,and the experiment continues after the score has passed the review safely.The intervention before the experimental operation was achieved and the safety review was increased.At the same time,the data in the experimental operation process is recorded in real time,and the abnormal data is warned in real time.The laboratory security management system introduces an evaluation mechanism in the experiment,which further increases the safety factor of the experimental operation process.At the same time,it uses cloud platform technology and container isolation technology to deploy software,which reduces the iteration cost and operation and maintenance cost of the management system for users,improves the flexibility and stability of the system,and promotes the development of laboratory efficiency and security.
