| With the rapid development of urbanization and economic growth in China,the urban population and the number of motor vehicles increase year by year.At present,there are some problems such as the lagging development of road traffic at urban intersections and the unreasonable signal control at intersections.At the same time,with the increase of the proportion of pedestrians in the intersections,the incidence of traffic accidents caused by pedestrian vehicle conflict at intersections also increases.Therefore,under the existing road conditions,optimize the traffic control management of the intersection,reduce the delay on the basis of ensuring the capacity of each phase of the intersection,so as to maximize the comprehensive efficiency of pedestrians and vehicles.Based on the summary of the existing research results and shortcomings,this paper studies the operation efficiency of pedestrian and motor vehicle at the intersection.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of pedestrians and vehicles in the intersection interaction state and the impact of pedestrian vehicle conflict,sets right turn special phase and optimizes the signal phase sequence to avoid pedestrian vehicle conflict,and ensures the safety of pedestrians.Then,pedestrian delay and pedestrian capacity are added as the evaluation indexes of information control efficiency at intersections,and a comprehensive information control evaluation system considering pedestrian and vehicle efficiency is established,which ensures pedestrian crossing efficiency and effectively reduces pedestrian illegal crossing behavior.The multi-objective optimization model of signal control timing at intersections with higher comprehensive efficiency is established and solved by Matlab function model.Finally,a typical intersection in Xi’an is taken as the object to optimize the signal control scheme of the intersection in peak and peak periods respectively.The scheme before and after optimization is simulated and analyzed by VISSIM.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency is higher and the model is feasible.The optimization scheme of signal control established in this paper ensures the safety and efficiency of pedestrians crossing the street,maximizes the comprehensive benefits of pedestrians and vehicles at intersections,and optimizes traffic conditions according to different flow saturation at different periods of time,so that the peak of intersections can guarantee the passage and the average peak can reduce the delay,and provides more scientific and effective control scheme for traffic decision makers It has a certain reference value for the development of its real-time management and control system. |
