| As a first-tier city in the world,Guangzhou is expanding continuously under the situation of rapid population and economic growth,and gradually occupying the natural ecological environment,and the green areas suitable for bird habitats have decreased in the city,Is not conducive to the survival and reproduction of birds,and has a greater negative impact on the stability of bird communities and urban biodiversity.This study selected three urban parks in Guangzhou,the composition and behavioral activities of bird communities in urban parks were investigated by the method of transect survey and sample points survey,and the plant communities was investigated by the method of sample survey.Analyze the relationship between bird activity characteristics and plant communities,and to study how to construct plant configurations suitable for bird habitat requirements,It is helpful for protection and attracting bird resources,improve the bird habitat of urban parks,enable parks to maximize the role of carrying more species,and enhance ecological service,increase urban biodiversity and maintain ecological balance.The main results were as follows:(1)A total of 58 bird species have been recorded,belong to 11 orders and 31 families.Among them,passerine birds are the most,with 37 species in 20 families.There are 42 species of resident birds,12 species of winter migratory birds,2 species of summer migratory birds,and 2 species of migratory birds.There are 19 species of insectivorous birds,accounting for 32.8% of the total of bird species,the carnivorous and omnivorous birds accounting for 27.6% and 22.4%,and only 10 species of herbivorous birds account for a relatively small proportion.The number of bird species in the three urban parks from highest to bottom is Haizhu Lake Park(55 species)> Liuhua Lake Park(53 species)>Dongshan Lake Park(31 species).Haizhu Lake Park has the highest bird diversity index,and Liuhua Lake Park has the highest bird diversity index.(2)A total of 168 species(including varieties and varieties)of vascular plants were recorded in the survey area,belonging to 64 families and 131 genera.42 species of bird food sources were recorded,belonging to 26 families and 37 genera,including 30 species of trees,5 species of shrubs,3 species of ground cover plants,and 4 species of aquatic plants;The food source plant species are mostly local plants resources.(3)The behavior distribution of birds in different vegetation habitat types in urban parks is different.The frequency of habitat behavior of birds in dense forest habitats is significantly higher than that of sparse forests,shrubs,enclosed lawn spaces and waters.The frequency of feeding behavior of birds in shrub habitats is significantly higher than that of the other four habitat types.(4)The number of bird species,diversity and uniformity are significant and extremely significant positive correlate with shrub diversity,shrub uniformity,shrub richness,ground cover diversity,ground cover richness,tree layer coverage,shrub layer coverage,and the number of vegetation layers(P<0.01).The number of bird species,diversity,uniformity and richness are not significantly related to the plant diversity of the arbor layer and the average height of the arbor.(5)Based on the results of field investigation and data analysis,the corresponding strategies and suggestions for the plant configuration of bird habitats in Guangzhou urban parks were put forward.Recommended bird food source plants suitable for South China,and according to the main bird communities in 5 different vegetation habitats,10 plant community configuration models suitable for birds survival,reproduction and habitats were put forward. |
