Dynamic Capabilities And Policy Orientation In Business Model Innovation

Global economy and the development of social production an impact on the world’s supply and demand of goods and services change,new market pattern requires enterprises in production and service activities not only to introspect the core competitiveness and comparative advantage,more is inspire jumped through business model innovation to realize value chain,in response to the age of the Internet caused by complex ecological competition,promote the smooth realization of the strategic vision of the enterprise target.As to the enterprise operation process and mechanism of exploratory discussion,this research mainly adopts the method of case study,to the group as the research object,and through the deep analysis of the dynamic business operations,using quantitative method such as content analysis,abide by the logic of "inductive analysis" research practice "case data and the theory of iterative" academic requirements,the final construction "dynamic capabilities and policy orientation in business model innovation".It mainly involves the discussion of two core propositions:The first proposition is analyze the relationship between the acceptance and response of enterprises’ dynamic ability to macro policies;The second proposition is how to promote business model innovation through the dynamic ability of enterprises under the guidance of macro policies.Proposition 1 not only needs to define the main manifestations of the dynamic ability of enterprises in specific fields such as insight perception,learning transformation,resource integration and model reconstruction,so as to determine the main research dimensions and form the research framework;It is also necessary to observe the whole process of the continuous improvement of the dynamic capability based on the dynamic status quo of enterprise operation,enrich the research framework and key elements,and build the correlation between dynamic ability and policy orientation.Proposition 2 analyze the inner mechanism of the business model innovation,namely the enterprise on the basis of macro policy guidance through dynamic ability to identify make full use of national policy,implement enterprise strategy development,dynamic adjustment of production and business model innovation,production and business model to fit drive in each stage of operation and operating smoothly into the next phase.The innovation points of this article are:(1)Using the method of Exploratory Case Study reveals the mechanism how Dynamic Capabilities and Policy Orientation work on Business Model Innovation.It provides a powerful support for the rationality of“Strategic Concept of Business Model Innovation and Dynamic Capabilities" and explicates the enlightenment on the enterprise competition practice.(2)The study gets the key dimensions and elements of enterprise’s Dynamic Capabilities.It clears the characteristics of Dynamic Capabilities,and reveals the interaction between Dynamic Capabilities and Policy Orientation.
