Research On The National Civil Airport Planning And Layout

The civil aviation transportation system takes a very important role in the whole. The airport is a part of the whole civil aviation transportation system, it is the operation center of the civil aviation, and the most complicated subsystem of the whole system. With the theory of the traffic transportation system' s analysis and the theory of airport planning and layout, this paper discusses the planning and layout of the national airport system and a single airport system. Consulting the airport planning and layout experience of overseas, this paper analyses the national airport system planning and layout, and presents suggestion about the national airport planning and layout .The research mainly includes the following: 1.The complementary suggestion of the national airport system planning and layout's principle and basic condition is presented. The style of the air route network that is tightly interrelated with the airport planning and layout is analyzed, the style of the hub spoke air route network and its advantage and disadvantage are discussed. By comparing the national air route network with overseas air route network, The suggestions of the national air route network planning and layout and the way to construct it is presented. The imminence of the airport network construction is presented. The concept, classification and forming condition of hub airport, regional airport concept and its essentiality are discussed. Suggestion of the national airport system overall planning and layout, including the aim and dimensions of the planning and layout, the structure of the national airport system, the regional airport planning and layout is presented.2. The function, component , planning and layout of a single airport system is analyzed. The ways to improve the airport system, and increase the airport capacity are discussed. Suggestions are presented with the analysis of a real case. Some experiences that are good for reference are bought out after the analysis of the characters of somenewly built hub airports' master planning and layout in the Asia. Taking the integrated transportations of Hong Kong international airport as an example, the integrated transportation system developing trend and the importance of the configuration of the airport system and the other transportation network are presented.3. Taking the airports in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou as examples, those airports are analyzed individually and compared with each other. According to the difference between the three airports system and the developed country's airport system, suggestions of international hub airports' planning and layout are brought out.4. The current status, developing potential, and planning and layout of those airports in Southwest China are analyzed. Taking the airports in Chengdu, Chongqing, and Kunming as examples, the advantages and disadvantages are compared. The selection of hub airport and the regional airports planning and layout in Southwest China are discussed. Those experiences good for reference are recommended. Suggestions of regional hub airport and regional airport planning and layout are stated.
