| In recent years,with the continuous adjustment and improvement of China’s industrial structure,major changes have taken place in the structure of the air transport market.In particular,the development of the passenger transport market has slowed down under the “New Normal of the Economy”.Big strategy,rapid development of ecommerce,cold chain and other industries,the potential of the air cargo market is quickly released,air cargo has a major development opportunity,and rising cargo demand puts forward new requirements for the cargo area of China’s professional cargo hub airport The traditional airport cargo area layout can no longer meet the needs of air cargo.As the key to provide comprehensive logistics operations for airport cargo and improve the competitiveness of the airport itself,the cargo area can effectively support the construction and layout of reasonable airport cargo facilities.The airport is developing towards a professional cargo hub.However,my country’s planning and construction of a professional cargo hub airport is still in its infancy,and the construction of the entire airport’s cargo area is a medium-and long-term large-scale project.Without a reasonable planning plan,the entire cargo area is likely to have fuzzy functions.The scattered layout and large scale affect the future development space of the airport.This thesis combines the research results of professional cargo hub airports at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzes the existing research conclusions,and proposes the definition of professional cargo hub airports,and proposes professional cargo hubs from the aspects of the airport’s own characteristics,functions and development models.The main characteristics of the airport,and the characteristics of the cargo area of the professional cargo hub airport are analyzed.On this basis,the main content and principles of the layout plan of the cargo area of a professional cargo hub airport are analyzed,and the scale of the functional area of the cargo area is calculated and predicted.Secondly,the traditional SLP method is improved and a multi-objective mathematical model is established,and the constraint conditions are set.Combining the existing logistics facility layout planning method,taking Ezhou Huahu Airport as an example,the scale of each functional zone of the freight area is predicted by the airport freight volume,and the mathematical model obtained is solved by genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal layout plan.Finally,used Flexsim software to build a simulation model for the layout of a professional cargo hub airport cargo area.By setting reasonable parameters,the layout plan is simulated and analyzed,and the simulation results are further optimized and analyzed to obtain the final layout plan. |
