| With the rapid development of cities,the following land problems can not be ignored.The intensive use of land is inseparable from the mixed development of land.Combined with big data,it will effectively guide the transformation and development of cities.Based on 213805 POI data of five districts in the main city of Kunming in 2020,this study analyzes the spatial elements of land mixed use in five districts of the main city of Kunming with SPSS,Arc GIS,geoda and other software,and reveals the prominent problems existing in land use and the regional differences of land use efficiency in the study area.From the perspective of urban land intensive development,this paper discusses the ways of urban development.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The allocation of various land resources is unbalanced.All kinds of land use functions are mainly concentrated in Guandu District.Chenggong District,as a new area,develops slowly,the mixing degree of land use is relatively low,and there is a large gap in the allocation of all kinds of land between Guandu District and Chenggong district;and ever types of land are particularly lacking.(2)The imbalance of internal and external land use function layout and direction is prominent.According to the distribution characteristics of the five districts in the main city of Kunming,most cities gather in a single center,and there is great resistance to the change of urban structure and it is difficult to turn into multi center development;At the same time,the coverage of various types of land is small,mostly gathered at the junction of several well-developed areas.Each area has different degrees of perfection and uncoordinated development direction.(3)The function development of various land uses is insufficient and the degree of specialization is low.On the whole,the compound land is mainly concentrated near Panlong District,Wuhua District.The other districts have a low degree of aggregation,the effect of intensive utilization is not obvious and the coverage is small,resulting in the slow development of the area and the low degree of specialization of various land uses,which is difficult to form a dominant advantage.(4)In terms of land use mixing degree,the overall mixing degree of land use function is low,the influence of random factors is large,and affected by the scale effect,the mixing degree of various types of land varies greatly,and the proportion of non mixed land is high,resulting in non intensive land use.Based on the actual situation of Kunming,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Guide the development of stock land and strengthen the intensification of urban land.(2)Homogenize the distribution of urban land and improve urban functions.(3)Optimize the land use function system of the five districts of the main city and build a reasonable and orderly multi center development structure.(4)Highlight the core functions of the five districts of the main city and strengthen the development of mixed functions of land. |
