With the progress of urbanization,Japan is experiencing a stage of rapid urbanization,and it is urgent to change the idea of urban construction industry has changed from "gradual expansion" to "inventory increase".At the same time,later plans collect data in the context of overall planning,implementation and evaluation.collect the data,the data of the current urban land use can be obtained in time through big data,which makes up for the problems of the lack of precision and timeliness of the traditional survey and satellite data.To do a good job in the analysis and research of current land use and further excavate the problem of urban land use,to provide basic research for the reasonable formulation of the next round of territorial spatial planning.This study mainly takes POI data as the main body and the land divided by OSM road network as the identification unit.First of all,According to the nature of the construction site,carry out eight types of land use classifications for all types of POI data,and the average floor area scale of various buildings was summarized by means of sampling investigation and statistical summary,so as to obtain the weight index of floor area or scale.The Arc Map spatial statistical tool was used to calculate the number of various properties of POI in each land unit,and the weighted index of building area or scale was given to it.Secondly,The judgment threshold of mixed land based on the proportion of building area is divided into the land with single property right and the land with mixed property right.Finally,the land use status map was obtained by extracting the mixed land use combination mode and its dominant functions.The accuracy of identification results was more ideal and could better reflect the status quo of urban land use.The identification results are analyzed quantitative and qualitative.Firstly,the mixed land is expressed as its dominant function to form five urban functional Spaces of residence,commerce,public service,ecology and production.Spatial autocorrelation analysis is used to analyze the distribution characteristics of all kinds of Spaces and the distribution relations of all kinds of functional Spaces,and the problems of partial land use incoordination in the current land use structure are put forward.Secondly,the characteristics of land mix and functional combination are analyzed from the perspectives of block units,control planning units and zoning units to obtain the mixed land and functional combination forms at various spatial scales,and then the main functional uses of various spatial units are extracted and the existing characteristics and problems of the development and functional combination of mixed land are proposed.Then,the identification results are compared with the current overall planning,and the differences between the construction of various types of land in the last year of the planning and planning expectations are evaluated.By comparison,it is found that the land for public service facilities,the land for commercial service industry and the land for green space square have not reached the planning expectation,and several important areas such as Jinlang,Caozhong and the New District Center have not reached the expected goal.Finally,it puts forward some ideas about the future development and optimization of urban land use.
