| With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of private cars is gradually increasing,thus,traffic congestion in cities is getting worse and worse,and the urban problem of a large population with relatively little land is beginning to emerge.If people mainly travel by private cars,this mode of transportation can not meet the travel needs.At this time,rail transit will become an important choice in the development of urban traffic because of its large carrying capacity,no pollution,punctuality,no traffic congestion and other advantages.The planning and construction of rail transit will change the land use pattern of the surrounding areas along the line.Because the construction system of urban rail transit in China is not perfect,the problem of coordinated development of rail transit and land use along the line has not been well solved.This paper will focus on the impact of Zhengzhou rail transit on land use change along the line,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the coordinated development of the two.Based on high-resolution remote sensing images(0.49m)and POI data from previous years to obtain land use related information at different time points,taking Zhengzhou rail transit lines 1 and 2 as examples,the impacts of rail transit at different time points on the land use properties,land use functions and land development intensity around each station are analyzed in detail.Based on the proportion of land types and areas around each time node of subway lines 1 and 2,The land use dominance index and land use evenness index of each station are calculated.Combined with the land use function classification standard around the station,the stations of each time node are classified into functional categories.The results of regression analysis are combined with the classification of subway station functions,the temporal and spatial differences of the impact of rail transit on land use change along the railway line are quantitatively analyzed.The results show that:(1)According to the quantitative analysis results of model regression,it is found that Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 and Line 2 have different regularities in their influence on the land use around them at different stages of development.(2)According to the quantitative analysis results of model regression,the influence of subway stations on land use change within a certain range along the line is related to the distance between each station and the city center and the amount of available land around each station,and the influence law has obvious spatial difference.(3)The planning and construction of urban rail transit have an impact on the nature of land use around the station,and this impact is mainly reflected in the two ends of the rail transit line.(4)Rail transportation also has an impact on the land use functions around each station.The changes of these functions often occur during the planning and construction of rail transportation.(5)The rail transit can stimulate the development of land use along the railway line,strengthen the development,and the stimulation to the suburbs is more significant. |
