| Compared with other types of gates,arc steel gates have many advantages,such as small opening and closing force,less installation of embedded parts,good flow discharge state and so on,which are widely used.With the development of water conservancy and hydropower,the number of arc gates increases year by year,and its operation reliability and safety problems have attracted people ’ s attention.It is of great significance to carry out health assessment of arc gates in time.In order to solve this problem,this thesis proposes an arc gate health assessment model based on improved radar chart method.The index data is visualized,and the gate health status is evaluated by extracting graphic features.Compared with other methods,it is more simple,intuitive and efficient.The main research contents are as follows :(1)Establishing the health assessment system of arc gate.Firstly,combined with the accident case of arc gate,several influencing factors of arc gate healthy operation are analyzed.On this basis,according to the construction principle,a multi-layer health assessment system of arc gate including target layer,criterion layer and index layer is established.Taking the health status of the gate as the goal,16 indicators are included in the system according to its safety,applicability and durability criteria,and each indicator grade classification standard is given according to relevant national and industry standards.(2)The methods of index data acquisition,preprocessing and index weighting are studied to prepare for the subsequent application of radar chart method.Combined with the safety inspection regulations,the method of obtaining the index data of arc gate is studied.In order to normalize the obtained index data,the linear proportion method is used to determine the mapping function of each index according to the evaluation criteria.At the same time,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to reasonably allocate the weight values of each layer of indicators.(3)The health assessment model of arc gate based on improved radar chart method is constructed.The radar chart method is improved in four aspects,including the introduction of standard system,the improvement of drawing method,the introduction of entropy and the use of double radar chart structure to realize the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the health status criterion layer and the target layer of the arc gate.(4)Combined with the Luhun reservoir engineering example,the above method and evaluation model are comprehensively used to evaluate and analyze the arc gate.At the same time,the evaluation results are compared with the evaluation results of the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the consistent conclusion is obtained,which verifies the scientificity and rationality of the model. |
