As an important infrastructure for economic development,roads are an important symbol of a country’s economic strength and level of modernisation.Due to its unique advantages,asphalt pavement structure has become the main structural type of highway pavement structure in China.In practice,with the use of time,asphalt pavements often appear such as surface grinding,rutting,cracking and other early disease phenomena,affecting the normal use of the road.In order to reduce the appearance of early asphalt pavement distress and to extend the service life of asphalt pavements,it is necessary to control the quality of asphalt pavement construction.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroad,a study on asphalt pavement construction control technology based on reliability theory is conducted and the following main results are achieved.(1)On the basis of research and review of relevant information,the factors influencing the quality of asphalt pavement construction were systematically analysed,including materials,design,environment,construction process and personnel,etc.An evaluation system for asphalt pavement construction quality was constructed,and an evaluation model for asphalt pavement construction quality based on the Topologic Method was established,and the model was verified through cases.(2)By analyzing the construction stages of asphalt pavement,the construction control parameters of asphalt pavement in three main aspects,such as raw material selection,construction process and personnel,were analyzed,and the main control indexes were screened out using the Delphi method,and the indexes were classified and organized,and a scientific and reasonable,hierarchical asphalt pavement construction control index system was established according to the logic of "target layer-first level-second level-evaluation layer".(3)According to the definition of reliability and the characteristics of pavement structure,the definition of asphalt pavement reliability and the limit state of asphalt pavement are given,and the limit state equation with the bottom tensile strain of asphalt mixture layer,bottom tensile stress of inorganic bond stabilized layer,permanent deformation of asphalt mixture layer,vertical compressive strain of top surface of road base and low temperature cracking index as the control index is established.(4)Combined with engineering examples,the error transfer method was used to analyse the reliability of asphalt pavements.The calculation results show that the error transfer method is simple and convenient,the accuracy can meet the engineering requirements,and the reliability analysis results have guiding significance for the construction quality control of asphalt pavement.At the same time,construction control measures to improve the reliability of asphalt pavements are proposed in conjunction with the actual project.
