| The development of the power industry has always had a major impact on the national economy.With the advancement of industrialization reforms and the advent of the data information era,the dependence of various industries on power is gradually increasing.In the context of the current national emphasis on advocating energy transformation,the cost of raw materials in the power industry has increased year by year and the downward pressure has increased,but the electricity price has remained stable due to the impact of macro-control,which makes ensuring reasonable profits a challenge.Under the new challenges,if enterprises want to develop better,they must make a more accurate evaluation of their own financial performance.Through financial performance evaluation,it can reflect the utilization level of resources,find the problems existing in business strategy,improve the level of enterprise management,and provide help for the operation and development of the company.First,this article use the internet to consult a large number of documents,especially those in recent years,carefully study the articles related to the power industry and financial performance,summarize and sort out the results of relevant scholars,and understand the current situation of performance evaluation of power enterprises,so as to better study company D.Secondly,in the process of studying the current financial performance evaluation of D company,it is found that it has great limitations.In order to improve the financial performance management level of D company,this paper constructs a new performance evaluation system based on the actual situation of D company.Thirdly,this paper selects the data of D company from 2016 to 2020 and uses analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the development trend of financial performance of D company.In addition,after horizontal comparison with 10 companies in the same industry,it is found that there are many deficiencies in the operation and management of company D.The results show that the financial performance of company D is poor.Although the performance has improved in recent five years,the effect is not obvious.More efforts are still needed to improve its performance.Finally,aiming at the problems found in performance evaluation,after concluding the experience of excellent enterprises in the contract industry,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to help D company improve financial performance and assist managers in strategic layout in order to obtain competitive advantage.At the same time,this paper also has certain reference significance for other enterprises. |
