| With the development of the Chinese civil aviation industry,the number of flights or airline mechanical staff in Shenyang Branch of S Airlines grows year by year.It is necessary for them as front-line staff to shoulder the responsibility of maintaining aircraft safety.Nevertheless,it is very easy for them to suffer from job burnout due to some factors,such as the danger of work,the limitation of space,the closure of the environment,the work regardless of day and night,the long working time,the monotonous repetition of work,the continuous noise in the workplace,the pressure of high-density inspection,the narrow promotion channel,the abnormal vacation and the difficulty in maintaining the emotion of family and friends.It directly leads to the go-slow or even dimission of many airline mechanics.Not only does the problem of job burnout of mechanics in the branch play a great negative role in the personal psychology,physiology and future development of the company’s mechanics,but it also causes some adverse consequences,such as the growth of absenteeism rate and employee turnover rate,the decline of performance,the damage of corporate image and the decline of competitiveness.The job burnout of mechanics in Shenyang Branch of S Airlines is investigated in this context in this paper.Whether there is job burnout in the mechanics group of the branch is analyzed as well as the causes of job burnout.Some corresponding improvement suggestions are made on the basis of the analysis conclusion.By using the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,this paper investigates the basic personal situation,work situation and job burnout of aviation maintenance personnel in Shenyang branch of s airlines,the investigation shows that the overall job burnout of the maintenance personnel in Shenyang branch of s airline is moderate,which should be paid attention to by Shenyang branch of s airline In this paper,the causes of job burnout of aviation maintenance personnel in Shenyang branch of s airline are analyzed from social,corporate and personal levels,such as social level,low degree of social recognition,and high pressure of social talent competition,at the company level,the staff work condition is bad,the performance appraisal mechanism and the reward and punishment mechanism are imperfect,lacks with the staff the emotion communication,the training management is imperfect,the individual level,lacks the objective self-appraisal,the self-adjustment ability is weak;In the light of the above reasons and the present situation of s airlines Shenyang Branch,this paper puts forward some pertinent countermeasures. |
