A Comparative Study Of The Paths In The Initial Stage From The Perspective Of Community Building

The community is the smallest unit of urban residential function,and its harmonious development is the fundamental guarantee for the healthy development of the city.In recent years,my country has transformed from an incremental era to a stock era,and is at a critical stage in the transformation of social governance.The drawbacks brought about by traditional planning have gradually emerged.Following the concept of "sharing,co-construction and co-governance" proposed by the state,the government has begun to advocate community autonomy.How to change the dependence of community residents on the government and let residents have a sense of belonging to the community is an important task today.After the failure of the micro-renewal of Quanzhou’s traditional planning,the government put forward the concept of "community creation" and started a competition for the "community creation" pilot project.After more than three years of hard work,some communities have achieved initial results.This article uses the activation of idle space as a carrier to explore the initial development process of the Houkeng community in Quanzhou,and then compares and analyzes the initial development process of the Baimi community in Yilan County,Chinese Taiwan,from the accumulation,development process,methods,and participation of each subject In the changes and concepts,it analyzes the feasibility and existing problems of community building in Quanzhou.The main body of this article can be divided into four parts.The first part is an explanation of the background and problems,summarizing the development of "community governance",the practice of community building across the country,the rise of community building in Quanzhou and other related backgrounds.The second part is to sort out the main content of the theory of community construction,including the origin and development of community construction,the characteristics and methods of community construction,and discuss mature cases in Japan and Taiwan,summarize the success factors,and confirm that community construction is the mainstay of residents importance.At the same time,it explains the meaning and scope of the idle space in this article,and studies the domestic and foreign dynamics of the activation of idle space.The third part is case practice and analysis.It is also the main part of this study.It analyzes the transformation process of Yilan County and Quanzhou City in community development,and deeply explores how they use idle space as a carrier to carry the consensus of community residents in the initial stage of community construction.Process,analyze the change of thinking and specific methods.The fourth part analyzes the differences between Baimi community and Houkeng community based on the comparative study of the initial development process of community construction in the two cities,and puts forward the possible problems of community construction in Quanzhou at present.
