Research On Conservation Planning Of Famous Historical And Cultural Towns From The Perspective Of Active Utilization

“Historical culture is the soul of a city.We must protect the city’s historical and cultural heritage as we cherish our own lives.” “People should be able to see the mountains,see the water and remember their Nostalgia”is the explicit requirement and ardent expectation of General Secretary Xi Jinping for the protection of history and culture.With global tourism booming,National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China is becoming more popular with tourists.In order to achieve a win-win situation of National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China Protection and development,this paper,from the point of view of living utilization,based on the proposed planning theory and technical line,studies the protection planning of historical and cultural towns in Gao’an.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the history of National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China protection at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the development stages of the protection and planning of the historical and cultural heritage and the protection concepts of each stage,and clarifies the necessity of the living use in the National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China Protection Planning.Then it analyzes and summarizes the cases of combining the protection and development of representative ancient towns in China,combining the value characteristics and influencing factors of historical and cultural elements,factor analysis method was used to construct the evaluation system of the activation degree of historical and cultural elements.According to the evaluation results,the protection and development of historical and cultural elements will be the focus of the National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China Conservation Planning.Finally,the evaluation system of the degree of activation,the framework and the path guide of the protection planning of famous towns will be integrated into the achievements of the Gao’an National Register of Historically and Culturally Significant Towns of China,and the countermeasures and measures for the planning and implementation will be put forward,create a win-win situation for the protection and development of historical and cultural elements.At the end of this paper,the main conclusions and shortcomings of the study are summarized,and some suggestions and suggestions are put forward for further study.
