Study On Accessible Environment Construction Of Public Service Facilities In Chongqing City

With the economic development and social progress,the material care for the disabled,especially the accessibility of barrier free facilities,has become an important symbol to measure the degree of social civilization and the level of urban construction.The construction of perfect barrier free facilities in public service places can build a bridge between the disabled and the society,make them willing to actively integrate into the society,obtain a sense of security and experience,and harvest the wonderful life through the empowerment of accessible barrier free facilities.Therefore,the construction of barrier free facilities should be urgent for the disabled,transpose thinking,listen to their voices,and let the disabled enjoy basic public goods and services,so as to improve the quality of life.It can be seen that investing necessary resources to strengthen the academic discussion on the construction of barrier free environment in public service places can provide reference for the construction of barrier free environment from the theoretical and macro policy levels,so as to make up for the shortcomings in improving the level of social governance and promote the all-round progress of society.This paper applies the relevant theoretical knowledge of public management to the study of practical problems,draws lessons from the experience and Enlightenment of the barrier free environment construction of public service places in major foreign developed countries and domestic developed provinces with similar conditions,and analyzes the statistical data of the barrier free environment construction of public service places in Chongqing in 2020 and the relevant statistical data released by Chongqing disabled persons’ Federation,In recent years,the infrastructure and services of barrier free environment in public service places in Chongqing have made some development and progress in all aspects,but there are still three problems: the implementation of barrier free environment construction policy needs to be improved,the barrier free environment construction needs to be improved,the daily maintenance,management and supervision of barrier free facilities need to be strengthened,and the concept of barrier free environment of the people is relatively lacking.The analysis shows that the imperfect system of laws and regulations,the unreasonable planning and investment of barrier free environment,and the insufficient talent reserve,supervision and management of barrier free environment are the main reasons for the current problems.Based on the experience of barrier free environment construction in some cities and regions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward suggestions,hoping to further improve the laws and regulations on barrier free environment construction,systematically plan and design humanized barrier free environment,strengthen the maintenance and publicity of barrier free environment,further improve the barrier free environment construction of public service places in Chongqing,and create conditions for the disabled and the disabled elderly to go out of their homes and integrate into social life,Further meet their material and spiritual needs.
