With the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data.People’s attention has been paid to intelligent networked transportation technology in recent years,The IoV industry was born and developed rapidly.As the world’s largest automotive market,in recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of the IoV industry from the national strategy and policy level.Moreover,the development of IoV technology has become more mature,and the market capacity of IoV has continued to expand.The IoV has ushered in an explosive event.With growth,IoV companies have broad room for development.This article takes the domestic company which named S,was engaged in the IoV business earlier as an example,based on the relevant theoretical knowledge and analysis tools of corporate strategic management,research and formulation of the company’s development strategy.Firstly,fully analyzing the external environment of company S’s IoV business and the current status of the IoV industry with PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model and identify opportunities and challenges.Then,through the analysis of the internal environment of the company,combined with the Boston matrix analysis method,the analysis is carried out from the aspects of operating status,corporate capabilities,business conditions and core competitiveness,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of company S’s IoV business.Then use the SWOT analysis model to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the strategic environment to determine the strategic positioning and goals of the S company’s IoV business.On this basis,it is determined that the company S should adopt a differentiated competition strategy and a diversified development strategy.Finally,from the organizational structure,talent team,performance appraisal,corporate culture construction and control system,it summarizes the safeguard measures required for the implementation of the strategy.The significance of the research in this article is that starting from the theory of corporate strategy,by formulating a development strategy and implementation steps and guarantees suitable for company S’s Internet of Vehicles business,it has pointed out a scientific and reasonable direction and goal for the development of the company’s Internet of Vehicles business,and also placed hope.It provides a certain reference meaning for the strategic planning and operation management of other companies of the same type at home and abroad.
