After experiencing explosive growth,China's automobile industry first appeared an inflection point in 2018,with a double-digit decline.Consumers' purchasing power declined,automobile dealers' losses widened and their living space deteriorated.The automobile industry entered a period of deep adjustment,and the industry faced a reshuffle.For NF automobile dealer group,how to stand firm in the increasingly fierce industrial competition and develop with high quality is an important task that NF group faces in the new development period.NF group,therefore,have to build a forward-looking,practical and feasible development strategy to play industry upstream and downstream and synergies between group within each business section,strengthening the NF group in the market competition of comprehensive strength,improve its competitiveness,for the healthy and sustainable development to provide strong strategic security,therefore,NF car dealer group development strategy research is of great significance.In the research process of this subject,the method of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,case analysis.The author comprehensively applies the above methods in the research of this topic,which are as follows:In this paper,the specific case of NF automobile dealers group company is studied and analyzed.At first,some specific situations of the research are explained,and the topic selection,research significance and research methods to be adopted are emphasized.Secondly,the development of NF automobile dealer group is described.Thirdly,the general PEST analysis method and porter's five forces model make an in-depth analysis of the macro environment and industry competition environment of NF automobile dealer group.Fourth,using the SWOT analysis method combining with the enterprise's future development internal and external environment opportunity and the threat of existence,so as to analyze the NF car dealer group advantages and disadvantages that exist in the management status quo,using Boston matrix analysis method to establish the NF car dealer group development strategic positioning,combing the framework of enterprise development strategy,a clear vision of enterprise development strategy and target in the medium term;Fifth,build the path for the implementation of the company's development strategy,and guarantee the feasibility of the implementation of strategic measures from the aspects of organizational management,network construction and talent system construction.This is of positive practical significance for the strategic development of NF automobile dealers group in the future,and can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises in China while ensuring the stable and orderly development of the company.
