Study On The Dynamic Management And Control Chart Of The New World Heritage Site In Kulangsu Islet

The protection and sustainable development of world heritage sites has always been a hot topic.The current research mostly focuses on the protection of heritage value elements in heritage protection and the management and control of heritage environment from a macro perspective.In the process of gradually refining the protection of world heritage sites in the face of changing sustainable development needs,the construction and renewal of new buildings(non historical buildings)in the heritage environment also need more refined dynamic management.Taking the world heritage site Gulangyu as the research object,this paper attempts to study the reasonable and feasible dynamic protection plan for the new buildings in the heritage site,hoping to intuitively help the heritage site to carry out fine management,provide guidance for the construction and renewal of the new buildings in the heritage site,and protect the authenticity and integrity of the historical features of the heritage site.The purpose of this paper is to guide the construction and renewal of new buildings in kulangsu World Heritage site by proposing the dynamic control plan of new buildings,and to provide reference basis and practice examples in the construction activities.The core research of this paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the basic part of the research on the dynamic control plan of new buildings in kulangsu World Heritage site(hereinafter referred to as the plan).In order to ensure the authenticity of the research on kulangsu heritage site,we first study the existing planning results,extract samples from the zoning of kulangsu heritage site based on the value system of the heritage site,and study the characteristics of historical buildings in different areas of kulangsu heritage site,The laws are extracted and visually expressed to visually show the unique historical features of kulangsu heritage site.The second part is mainly about the research results of the plan,which carries out zoning dynamic control on the new buildings in the heritage site from the two levels of architectural form characteristics and architectural detail characteristics,delicately manages the new buildings in the heritage site,provides the method of new building construction update and provides intuitive legend expression.The research results also include putting forward the evaluation and scoring system for new buildings in kulangsu heritage site,providing the evaluation method for existing new buildings in kulangsu heritage site,and providing guiding transformation suggestions and illustrations for parts that do not conform to the style and features of the heritage site.The third part is the practical use example of the plan.By discussing the new buildings in different heritage sites on different plots or the new buildings in heritage sites with different styles and features on the same plot,this paper puts forward the new building reconstruction scheme,simulates the practice of fine management and control of using plans,and provides future researchers and builders with the experience of using plans.To sum up,through the research on the dynamic control plan of new buildings in kulangsu World Heritage site,this paper provides a guiding control scheme for new buildings in the world heritage site,complements the shortcomings of fine control of new buildings under the macro planning,and provides practical experience for the control of new buildings in the world Heritage site.
