| Due to various reasons,the incidence of negative affective disorder among college students is increasing year by year,leading to the emergence of various mental illnesses.As a result,college students have an increasing demand for emotion regulation in order to pursue a healthy psychological state,and there are only a handful of emotion-related products on the market for college students,which urgently need to be developed and upgraded.As a user-centered research method,empathy design can help designers to dig deep into the potential needs of users and provide strong support for the redesign of emotional health products for college students.Based on the empathy design concept,this thesis conducts a research on the design of college students’ health products for negative emotions.It is divided into two levels: theory and practice.The contents are as follows:At the level of theoretical research,the thesis first analyzes the negative emotions of college students,and puts forward the necessity and significance of redesigning emotional health products for college students;Then,it discusses the concept of empathy and the definition and concept of empathy design theory,summarizes the empathy design tools,methods and systems;Finally,according to the characteristics of college students’ negative emotions,a product empathy design framework that is beneficial to college students’ emotional health is constructed,which is using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,empathy explores negative emotions.The values and actual needs of sexually emotional college students are then transformed into product features beneficial to emotional health through conceptual design,program implementation and evaluation.At the practical research level,the design practice is carried out under the guidance of the product empathy design framework that is beneficial to the emotional health of college students.First,through the empathy research,qualitative insight into the behaviors and attitudes of college students with negative emotions;Then,quantitative analysis of the data of the empathy survey to construct the value map of "comfort","pleasure","physical and mental health" and "experience" needs;Then,with "smart bracelet and APP" as the carrier,the needs at all levels are transformed into design features at the appearance level,function level and interaction level,and the emotional health product prototype is completed;Finally,it uses the empathic design method of the prototype experience to verify the usability of the design.This thesis constructs a product empathy design framework that is beneficial to college students’ emotional health,and carries out design practice based on this.It not only pays attention to the values and actual needs of college students for negative emotions,but also pays attention to the experience of using the product.There are 52 figures,17 tables and 90 references in this research. |
