| The proposal and implementation of the "dual carbon" target reflects that China is a country with a sense of responsibility,and has actively participated in and led the global efforts for green and low-carbon development in terms of its development philosophy,development model and practical actions.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the construction of ecological civilization has stepped into an important stage of carbon emission reduction,coordinated emission reduction and synergistic efficiency,promoting the overall green transformation of the economy and society,and realizing the qualitative change of the ecological environment.At present,China’s wind power,photovoltaic technology level and industrial competitiveness in the global forefront.With the rapid development of solar photovoltaic technology,in addition to conventional large-scale land power stations,there are also many "agrolight complementary" photovoltaic power stations that are integrated with agriculture,"forest light complementary" photovoltaic power stations that are integrated with forestry,and "fishing light complementary" photovoltaic power stations that are integrated with traditional fisheries.In this paper,based on the basic principle of sustainable development,comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to comprehensively evaluate the "agro-light complementary" project under the background of studying the development status and characteristics of the current domestic solar power industry.Taking the agriculture + new energy project in Daqiao Township as an example,a group of representative quantitative and qualitative indicators were selected from social,economic and ecological levels to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the project.The AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each project in detail,and five main indexes are obtained,four of which are economic indexes,indicating that economic benefit is the most important in the construction of solar power farms,followed by ecological benefit.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the project,and the conclusion is the best comprehensive benefit,and the ecological benefit is the best.Agricultural light complementary,fully reflects the photovoltaic and agricultural production "symbiosis",realized the sharing of land,light resources,and realize the effective use of resources.The photovoltaic agriculture proposed in China includes the above two aspects.This will help to better integrate photoelectric technology with agricultural technology and integrate it with agriculture.Therefore,photovoltaic agriculture will be a new research direction in the future.The economic,ecological and social benefits of agricultural light project are analyzed through the photovoltaic project in Daqiao township,and gradually promoted.It can be used as the basis for pv + project decision-making and has certain reference value. |
