With the continuous development of the national economy and the increasing mobility of people,urban rail transport is developing in a spurt.After the urban rail transit is put into operation,it is necessary to constantly carry out daily maintenance,repair and maintenance of the metro vehicles to ensure its safe and reliable operation.This paper takes X metro as an example and establishes a reasonable and efficient evaluation method to analyse the performance of each system of X metro vehicles and to optimize its existing procedures and maintenance strategies.The main research content of this paper is as follows:This paper firstly collates the maintenance models and maintenance strategy optimization measures of major metros at home and abroad,and analyses the mainstream maintenance models and maintenance strategy optimization methods.This is followed by a comprehensive description of the comprehensive evaluation theory used in the article,including the entropy value method,the AHP method and the specific use of the FMECA model.The basic situation of vehicle maintenance in X metro is then introduced,with a comprehensive overview of the operation of X metro,the maintenance model,the role and names of X metro vehicle subsystems.Afterwards,the entropy method is applied to analyse the comprehensive performance of the key systems of X metro vehicles in 2021,through the analysis it is concluded that the performance of X metro vehicle bogie system is not stable enough in 2021,and then the FMECA model is established for X metro vehicle bogie system.The bogie system’s CA table was then modified by the AHP method to better match the CA table of the bogie system.The final analysis found that the bogie system’s axle box rolling bearing noise and traction motor noise were of high hazard level and needed to be optimized.Finally,through FAHP analysis,the planned repair was selected as the optimal solution among the planned repair,fault repair and condition repair,and the optimization of the repair process for the axle-end rolling bearing noise and traction motor noise in the bogie system was studied.
