With the rapid development of urbanization in China,metro construction has become a major part of the development of major cities in China during the current and future period.Metro construction has the characteristics of complex environment,strong restriction on construction site,extensive involvement in construction organization,complex construction technology,and various types of equipment,which easily lead to unsafe behaviors of construction workers and challenges the safety management of metro construction.This paper used safety behavior theory to study the unsafe behavior of metro construction workers,analyzes the mechanism of unsafe behavior,and found out the influencing factors of safety behaviors of metro construction workers.On this basis,a safety behavior evaluation model for metro construction workers was established and used.According to the evaluation results,effective measures were taken to provide new ideas for the study of safety behavior management of metro construction workers.First,based on the research and analysis of literature and related theories,the mechanism of unsafe behavior was studied.Combined with the metro construction characteristics and the metro construction human accident case analysis,the factors that affect the safety behavior of construction workers based on the man-machineenvironment-management system theory were studied.Four aspects of factors including human factors,machine factors,environmental factors and management factors were analyzed.Secondly,based on the analysis results of the influencing factors,an evaluation index system for safety behaviors of metro construction workers was established.The weight of each evaluation index was obtained by using the combination weighting of AHP-entropy weight method.After that,an extension evaluation model for metro construction workers was established.The correlation function in extension mathematics was used to describe the degree to which each evaluation index in the model approached a certain security level,and multi-level extension evaluation was performed.Finally,the evaluation model was applied to the evaluation of the safety behavior of construction workers in a certain area of Metro Line 2 project in a certain city,and the actual situation of the interval was evaluated.And effective improvement measures were proposed.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process,entropy method and extension evaluation method were used to evaluate the safety behavior of metro construction workers.Combined with engineering examples,this paper provided a reference value for the evaluation of safety behavior of metro construction workers.
