This thesis, which based on domestic mainstream railway repairmen scheme, builds a brand new system of railway maintenance. The author put forwards an innovatively improved plan which is established on the metro repair cycle and item points.Through the analysis of failures’modes, influences and FMECA to metro’s malfunction during its operation, a harm matrix, which is able to present the level of hazards and the density of infection, can be worked out. According to these results, with the comparison between the old and the newly proposed ideology, this paper successfully re-arranges the repair points and optimizes maintenance flow in order to promote efficiency of vehicles maintenance.In addition, in combination with the subway repair technology system, this paper has developed the subway vehicle maintenance information system, mainly fault statistics analysis module. The failure statistics analysis module is developed under the Windows environment, with C#as development language, with Visual studio2010as a development platform, with SQL Server2008as the backstage data Server, adopts the model of C/S system structure. On the basis of the existing subway maintenance information management system, this paper developed fault statistics analysis module, including system maintenance strategy, fault mode management, equipment maintenance strategy. By means of system maintenance strategy module to use metro vehicles operational failure data drew the system failure rate curve, formulated the system maintenance schedule; Using failure mode management module can classify the failure data into different failure modes, and calculate the failure harm degree of the different failure modes; By means of the equipment maintenance strategy module,the equipments can be classified refer to the failure harm degree of the different failure modes, then the user can formulated more detailed maintenance schedule for the classified equipments.
