With the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization level,the population flows to the central cities of urban agglomerations,and the travel pressure of urban traffic continues to increase.In order to meet the travel needs of the people and solve the problems of urban travel congestion,the urban rail transit transportation mode with the characteristics of safety,efficiency,green and environmental protection has played an important role in improving the urban transport efficiency,alleviating the urban traffic congestion and improving the urban transport environment.At present,the theoretical and practical research on joint commissioning and test of urban rail transit in China is still in its infancy,and there is no unified standard and specification.In terms of the theoretical basis of this study,this paper expounds the six elements of project management,the basic theories of project scope management,project organization management,project progress management,project quality management,project risk management and project communication management,and introduces the five stages of project process management,the basic connotation of project start-up stage,project planning stage,project implementation stage,project monitoring stage and project closure stage,This paper introduces the knowledge field of project management related to this research,and the basic theory of PDCA cycle management.In terms of the practice of the joint commissioning and joint test project studied in this paper,taking the joint commissioning and joint test project of Nanning Rail Transit Line 2 as an example,this paper expounds the general situation of the joint commissioning and joint test project,the characteristics of the joint commissioning and joint test project,the subject setting and content of the joint commissioning and joint test project,the organizational form and structure of the joint commissioning and joint test project,and the analysis of the management results of the implementation process of the joint commissioning and joint test project.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the implementation process management of the joint commissioning and test project,puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions,summarizes the management attributes of the problems,analyzes the influencing factors of the implementation process management of the joint commissioning and test project,By using the PDCA cycle management method,this paper summarizes the idea of putting forward,analyzing,summarizing and optimizing countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation process management of the joint commissioning and test project.Through the combination of project management theory research and engineering practice of the joint commissioning and test project,this paper summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the implementation process management of the joint commissioning and test project,and provides some reference for similar projects of rail transit joint commissioning and test.
