Domestic cities have gradually entered the era of housing stock.With the proposal of the "double carbon plan",the state has put forward higher requirements for the "green energysaving comprehensive transformation + livable transformation" of existing residential areas.At present,China’s existing residential energy-saving transformation lacks phased and long-term strategies,and the government does not pay enough attention to the use demand of residents,resulting in a series of follow-up problems such as energy conservation,function and construction.Although some transformation pilot projects in Beijing and Shanghai have adopted the comprehensive renewal method and achieved preliminary results,the sustainability needs to be observed.In order to improve the quality of the external enclosure system of existing residential areas abroad,there have been assembly methods,and some attempts have been made in domestic practice.Guided by the energy-saving demand of existing residential areas,this paper explores the method of realizing the multi-quality reconstruction of the outer envelope system by means of energy-saving quality optimization,functional quality improvement and assembly technology improvement.This paper takes the residential buildings built in the existing residential area in Dalian City,Liaoning Province in the 1980 s and 1990 s as the research object,aiming at the staged energy saving standards,and discusses the improvement strategy of the comprehensive energy consumption quality of the building body.Focusing on living needs,optimize the layout of components in the outer protection system;integrate the above strategies through prefabricated means to achieve multi-quality reconstruction of the outer protection system of the existing residential area.(1)Select the typical residential quarters in the four districts of Dalian as the research object,and use the methods of questionnaire survey,field research,drawing collection,and standardization to make a statistical summary of the basic information of the existing residential areas.Focus on the analysis,using hierarchical and typological methods to sort out the problems existing in typical residential buildings.(2)Establish a model of typical residential buildings in Dalian,use De ST-H energy consumption software to simulate the periodic energy-saving indicators of the building itself,and analyze the possibility of current existing residential buildings to achieve the next-stage energy-saving standards;simulate and analyze the impact of individual energy-saving elements,used for the key promotion of passive strategies;the typical energy-saving combination method of four districts in Dalian is simulated by orthogonal experiments,Meteonorm 8 candela meteorological software is introduced to obtain typical meteorological parameters in Dalian,and PVsyst photovoltaic simulation software is used to simulate photovoltaic inversion of existing residential buildings.Photovoltaic achieves staged energy saving.SDM software is used to discuss the relationship between the inclination of facade photovoltaic installation and power generation,and the feasibility of the staged energy-saving scheme is verified from the photovoltaic laying area.Finally,the economy of the scheme is analyzed,and the realization stages of different houses in existing residential areas are proposed.A combination of energysaving solutions.(3)Summarize the problems of the peripheral protection system summarized in the survey.Using computer Grasshopper technology to reconstruct 6 types of fa?ade functional components;put forward various design strategies such as living space,balcony use,hallway stairwell,etc.,and determine a number of renovation plans to meet the individual,diversified and differentiated needs of residents.(4)Integrate energy-saving and functional improvement plans into prefabricated parts,discuss suitable technical methods for applying light steel system,wood structure system and precast concrete system to the reconstruction of the outer protection system,propose prefabricated prefabricated strategies and carry out construction,Node and cost optimization,and discuss the industrialized technical means for the renovation of existing residences.(5)Select a typical residential model built in Dalian in the 1980 s and 1990 s for multiquality prefabricated trial design,and select a combination of various schemes to meet the diverse needs of residents.The multi-quality reconstruction of the envelope structure system puts forward constructive ideas.
