The existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation is an important part of promoting the sustainable development of construction industry and creating a green ecological civilization society.The implementation process of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation involves many stakeholders.The market development of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation depends on the cooperation of multi-agent,aiming to maximize the overall comprehensive benefits under the integration of multi-agent multi-objective.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization mechanism for existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation based on the effectiveness of market operation.This paper starts with revealing the evolution law of core subject behavior,explores the impact mechanism of multi-agent cooperation,analyzes the game strategy of multi-agent decision-making behavior,discusses the implementation mechanism of multi-agent multi-objective integration hierarchical optimization,constructs the evaluation system of market operation effectiveness,and puts forward the implementation strategy of multi-agent multi-objective integration optimization.The main research contents include the following six aspects.(1)The market operation characteristics and agent behavior evolution law of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.Based on the analysis of market operation’ characteristics and core subjects’ composition,this paper expounds the market development stage and multi-agent’s interest demands,explores the behavior characteristics and evolution law of core agent guided by the agent goal of market development of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.(2)From the perspective of goal integration,the multi-agent cooperation and win-win influence mechanism of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.Based on the analysis of goal integration and multi-agent win-win cooperation,this paper identifies the influencing factors of multi-agent win-win cooperation in existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation,constructs a social network model of the influencing factors of multi-agent win-win cooperation,and probes into the relationship and action path of the influencing factors of multi-agent win-win cooperation.(3)Under the driving of goal integration,the multi-agent decision-making behavior game strategy of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.Based on the game relationship analysis of the core agent in existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation,this paper deconstructs the multi-agent win-win benefit function driven by the goal integration,constructs the behavior game model of government,owner and ESCO,reveals the game strategy evolution law of the three agent decision-making behavior,and puts forward the behavior implementation strategy of the win-win cooperation of the three core subjects driven by the goal integration.(4)The implementation mechanism of multi-agent multi-objective integrated hierarchical optimization for existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.By using the system hierarchical optimization method,the optimization is carried out from three levels which are single subject multi-objective integration,single objective multi-agent collaboration and multi-agent multi-objective integration,analyses the optimization content,construct the optimization model,and explores the implementation path.(5)The market operation effectiveness evaluation of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation under the guidance of target integration.Based on the analysis of connotation and standard of the operation efficiency of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation market,the evaluation index system of the operation efficiency is constructed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of network is used to quantify the evaluation process.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward the practical enlightenment of improving operation efficiency of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation market.(6)The implementation strategy of multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization for existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.Based on the experience summary in foreign countries,this paper analyzes the practical dilemma of multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization in China,designs the multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization decision system,and puts forward the multi-agent multi-objective integrated decision-making practice strategy of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation.
