As a weapon between traditional rockets and missiles,guided rockets have achieved ideal accuracy at a low price,and have improved damage efficiency and combat effectiveness.This article focuses on fire control calculation and rocket guidance system design,and mainly does the following work.First of all,comprehensively considering the design elements of guided rockets to improve accuracy and reduce costs,the project design of guided rockets is proposed.The calculation of its shooting elements and the design of guidance systems are mainly discussed.According to the aerodynamic characteristics and trajectory characteristics of guided rockets,a six-degreeof-freedom rigid body motion equation set for controlled guided rockets is established,and a complete six-degree-of-freedom simulation model is built using Simulink.Secondly,in order to ensure the efficient operation of the guidance system,the key technology of guided rocket fire control-the calculation of shooting elements is studied,and the fire control calculation system of the guided rocket is designed.In view of the complicated,low-efficiency and significant error of the traditional shooting element calculation process,an improved shooting element calculation process is proposed.The model is verified by Simulink,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved algorithm are analyzed.Then,in order to study the selection of guidance rules of guided rockets based on fire control calculations,a visual simulation experiment system based on GUI and VR was designed.In the experiment,the characteristics of different guidance laws and their applicability are analyzed.The first stage of the design of the guidance system for guided rockets has been completed.Finally,the structure of the guidance system of guided rockets was improved.The second and third stages of the design of its guidance system were clarified.By combining the software and hardware of the existing simulation system in the laboratory,Hi Gale real-time simulation system based on the guidance system was built.After adjusting and optimizing the parameters of the guidance system through the online parameter adjustment experiment under the real-time simulation system,the accuracy of the guidance system was simulated considering the shooting errors of different types of rockets,and the expected results were achieved.So far,all stages of the design of guidance system for guided rockets have been completed.
