In modern information warfare,the battlefield situation is changing rapidly,weapons and equipment system has become an indispensable element of modern warfare,the combat capability demonstrated by system of system has become a research hotspot.For the changing battlefield environment and the complex mission task,the rapid establishment of an integrated,satisfied weapons and equipment system for the battlefield initiative is of great significance.Both the conceptual design method and the verification analysis method based on capability demand have become urgent problems.Based on the above practical needs,this paper focuses on the following aspects,and has achieved some results.(1)Put forward the idea of conceptual design and verification based on ability demand,and divide the conceptual design and verification analysis process of weapon equipment system into three parts: "Modeling of Operational Capability Demand","Conceptual Design Modeling of Weapon Equipment Architecture" and "Combat Capability Requirements Verification Modeling".The corresponding modeling content and modeling framework are studied.(2)According to the idea that conceptual design of weapon equipment system based on operational capability,this paper has designed productions from the operational mission to the weapon equipment system schema.Based on the idea of the DoDAF multi-view of US Army,this paper has used the structured modeling method to design the "Operational Capability Requirements Modeling Description Product Set OCR" and the "Weapon Equipment Architecture Concept Design Modeling Description Product Set CDA",respectively,a total of 18 modeling description products.(3)Using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation,static analysis and dynamic deduction cooperate with each other to verify the concept design.In the aspect of static analysis,take the electronic counter weapons and equipment system as an example,the combat capability description framework of "system-combat capability layer-index layer-weapon equipment layer" is put forward.On this basis,the combat capability evaluation is divided into three steps: determining the weight of combat capabilities by analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy number and information entropy,determining the satisfaction of weapons to combat capability indicators,through gray correlation analysis and maximum entropy model to determine the satisfaction of combat capability.In the aspect of dynamic deduction,the weapons and equipment are mapped to the GIS map.Combined with specific combat missions and route planning,the method is put forward to verify the ability of weapons and equipment to complete the task.(4)Participate in the design and development of conceptual design and scenario deduction tool prototypes based on operational capability.This paper presents the framework of conceptual design and verification analysis tools.The tool has been used in an electronic countermeasure project.This paper uses modeling description sets,OCR and CDA,to develop the conceptual design tool and analyze the principle and function of the tool.The correspondence between the elements in conceptual design tools and the modeling description products in the conceptual design tool is expounded.Finally,through the concrete example,the rationality of the conceptual design and verification analysis method based on the capability requirement and the advantages of the tool are explained.
