Research On Construction Quality Control Of Fire Engineering In H Residential Project

Fire engineering is a special part of construction engineering,construction site flow,scattered project construction,cross work,the quality of its construction determines the level of building safety.Most fire engineering construction enterprises are aiming at meeting national technical standards.But,as the fire engineering market competition intensifies,for a long-term development goals and has a highly social sense of responsibility of fire engineering construction enterprise,should also be in the process of specific project construction,in meet the time limit for a project on the basis of continuous construction quality control to ensure the engineering quality to make high-quality goods project.Although this is highly challenging for construction enterprises themselves,it brings huge economic benefits and social value.Therefore,when enterprises encounter quality problems in the project construction stage,they should continue to carry forward the spirit of craftsman,keep improving,do a good job in the quality control of the construction stage,and better improve the construction level,so as to create more highquality fire engineering to better protect the safety of people’s lives and property.In this thesis,a construction enterprise in the newly developed competitive area of H residential project fire engineering as the research object,through the project in the construction process of the specific quality problems,the establishment of a series of practical construction quality control measures,so as to promote the overall construction of fire engineering construction enterprises.The main application of engineering quality management of primary and secondary factors analysis,DMAIC process analysis,5M1 E analysis,PDCA cycle method;Combined with pareto chart,the average-poor control chart,P control chart,cause and effect diagram and other quality tools,problem about the quality of the H residential fire engineering were analyzed,and find the H residential fire engineering in the construction of the main quality problems existing in the process,at the same time points out the fire hydrant system,automatic spray fire extinguishing system,automatic fire alarm system,smoke control system quality common fault;Quality problem for the data to quantify and adjustment,the improvement of the construction and management and technology to create high-quality goods to fire fire engineering construction summarizes the experience,the importance of strengthening fire engineering,avoid the construction problems in fire control system can’t normal use,affect the overall security,so as to make high-quality goods project construction quality and efficient to complete the project.This thesis hopes to improve the fire engineering construction enterprises in the process of project construction to improve the construction quality,establish the enterprise brand image,improve the enterprise quality control standards higher than peers have practical reference value.
