A hundred years plan,quality first.Quality management is the eternal focus of construction project management.Construction quality control management of construction project is not only related to the applicability of the project entity,but also related to the survival and development of the construction enterprise,and also related to the safety of people’s life and property.After entering the 21st century,large-scale ports and wharves are springing up,and port engineering construction is increasingly developing in the direction of deepwater,large-scale and specialization,which leads to more challenges in engineering construction technology,more prominent construction quality problems,and more complex construction quality control.Construction quality control management is the core of port engineering construction quality management,which has a decisive impact on the quality of the engineering entity structure,and also determines the realization of the final quality objectives of the engineering project.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quality control and management of port engineering construction.From the perspective of post project evaluation,this paper analyzes,evaluates and summarizes the construction quality management of the breakwater project of Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis Marina,and puts forward suggestions and suggestions that are of reference significance to other similar projects.The theory of construction quality control discussed in this paper mainly includes five factors of 4M1E that affect construction quality,three basic links of construction quality control and PDCA cycle basic method of construction quality control,based on which relevant research is carried out.Based on the empirical analysis method,from the perspective of post construction evaluation,using the relevant theory of construction quality management,using the research framework of "Total-Sub-Total",this paper studies the construction quality control and management of the breakwater project of Qingdao Oriental Movie Metropolis Marina from three aspects:the preparation before construction,the control during construction and the summary after construction.First of all,AHP is used to establish the control model of construction quality influencing factors of the breakwater project of Oriental Movie Metropolis,and the application of construction quality control management in the breakwater project of Oriental Movie Metropolis is studied.Secondly,according to the theory of construction quality control and the process of project construction quality management,the research on the quality control management technology of the specific divisional and sub divisional works and each construction process of the breakwater project of Oriental Movie Metropolis is carried out.Finally,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the construction quality control management results of the Breakwater Project of dongfangyingdu,discuss the problems existing in the project construction quality control and put forward improvement suggestions,and then study and discuss the general measures to improve the construction quality control management of the port project.Based on the summary and analysis of the construction quality control management measures,technologies and means of the breakwater project of Oriental Movie Metropolis,this paper puts forward the reference results of the project for other projects,discusses the existing problems of the project,the warning and improvement measures for other projects,so as to form a complete set of management and control system,and then discusses the measures to improve the construction quality control and management of the port project,Realize the theoretical and practical significance of the research.
