With the improvement of life quality,people’s requirements for high-speed trains are no longer satisfied with the improvement of speed,but put forward greater requirements for comfort.China has a vast territory and a large proportion of hills and landforms,which makes the tunnel mileage increase continuously.When the high-speed train passes through the tunnel and intersects in the tunnel,due to the action of compression wave and expansion wave,the air pressure in the vehicle presents a large negative pressure state,which increases the pressure difference inside and outside the tympanic membrane,and produces large aerodynamic noise,which has a great impact on the comfort.Therefore,the development of monitoring instruments to monitor the physical quantities such as air pressure and noise in the train when it passes through the tunnel in real time plays an important role in improving the research of comfort.At present,most monitoring instruments are only developed for a single influencing factor,and the sampling rate is low and too cumbersome.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the comfort through the analytic hierarchy process,and develops a new comfort monitoring instrument.The comprehensive comfort is evaluated by the fuzzy analysis method,which is used to monitor the value and comprehensive comfort of the factors affecting the comfort when the train is running in the tunnel in real time.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,taking the ride comfort of single train passing through the tunnel as the research object,the analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the ride comfort evaluation structural model,and the air pressure,noise,vibration,temperature and humidity are determined as the main influencing factors.This paper summarizes the national comfort standards and the existing comfort research,divides the comfort of a single factor into five levels,and calculates the comprehensive comfort by fuzzy analysis.(2)Based on the comfort evaluation model and single factor analysis,using multisensor fusion technology and based on STM32 platform,this paper designs a new monitoring instrument including acceleration module,temperature and humidity module,air pressure module,noise module and display module.Modbus RTU is used to solve the problem of multi-sensor acquisition of noise and humidity,and the exquisite display interface is designed by transplanting STem Win.It realizes the real-time acquisition of the physical quantity value of the influencing factors in the train,displays the collected data through LCD,and transmits the data to the upper computer platform at the same time.(3)The upper computer software of the monitoring system is developed based on Lab VIEW platform,including serial communication,data analysis,data display,data storage and comprehensive comfort evaluation.Receive and analyze the data sent by STM32 in real time through the serial port,display the basic information of train operation and the measured values of influencing factors in the form of text,and display the value change curve of influencing factors in the form of waveform diagram.The program of fuzzy analysis and evaluation of comfort is designed and packaged into a comfort evaluation module.By calling the evaluation module,the ride comfort is calculated in real time and the data is saved in the document.(4)The monitoring instrument designed in this paper is tested in the modules of data acquisition,data transmission and data display.The comfort evaluation module is tested by simulating the numerical change of a single influencing factor,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of the comfort evaluation module.According to the actual demand analysis,determine the real vehicle test location and conduct on-site test.The real vehicle experiment shows that the monitoring instrument designed in this paper can collect the values of influencing factors in the train in real time with a period of 50 ms,and call the fuzzy analysis program to judge the comfort level in real time.The comfort monitoring instrument developed in this paper can monitor the physical quantities such as air pressure,noise and acceleration in the train in real time.At the same time,the comfort standard is divided into five levels.The comprehensive comfort is evaluated in real time by fuzzy analysis method,and the measured values and comfort evaluation values are saved in the file,which provides a data basis for adjusting ATO operation strategy and improving ride comfort in the later stage.Figures 50,tables 37,references 60.
