| In industry 4.0,it is extremely important to promote the deep integration of informationization and industrialization and comprehensively improve the level of enterprise production infomationization and intelligence.Intelligent manufacturing has the characteristics of customization,flexibility,lean,digitalization and intelligence,which will greatly affect the production mode and resource allocation of the global manufacturing industry.Under the background of industrial digitization,it is very important to collect,analyze and process industrial production information and optimize production logistics system through intelligent manufacturing technology.Based on the above background,this paper will take the production logistics system of wiper connecting rod assembly workshop of M company as the research object,investigate and analyze the production logistics system of connecting rod assembly workshop,and find that it has some problems,such as chaotic production material management,unreasonable selection of material handling equipment,insufficient flexibility of production plan,low degree of informatization and digitization.Aiming at the problems existing in the production logistics system,this paper uses intelligent manufacturing technology and system to optimize the production logistics system of connecting rod assembly workshop of M company.After designing the optimization scheme of production logistics system,this paper uses arena simulation software to verify the optimization scheme of connecting rod assembly workshop of M company.Through the collection and processing of simulation data,the indexes such as queuing time of each process,queue length of each process,equipment utilization rate,processing quantity of each process and total output before and after optimization are compared,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme,effectively improves the production logistics efficiency of M company’s connecting rod assembly workshop,and provides a certain reference significance for the optimization of production logistics system of other auto parts enterprises. |
