Study On The Campus Space Development Strategy Of Primary School In The Central Area Of Beijing

With the advancement of urbanization,Beijing’s population density and urban construction density have reached a very high state.The central urban area of Beijing is in the center of Beijing,and its high-density urban environment features are remarkable.At the same time,with the introduction of the national two-child and three-child policy,the number of school-age children is increasing.Due to the intensive development of the central urban area of Beijing,the expansion space of the campus is limited,and the high-density urban environment,the increase in the number of school-age children and the limited space for expansion of the campus have resulted in insufficient space for different types of primary school campuses in the central urban area of Beijing.This paper firstly conducts a census and data measurement and statistics on the primary school campuses in the central urban area of Beijing,and finds that the problem brought about by the high-density urban environment-the limited area of primary school campuses and the inability to expand,the average construction area of school students.Due to the general shortage of outdoor activity venues,the average student area in the central urban area of Beijing is difficult to meet today’s standard requirements,and the number of degrees that can be provided is difficult to meet the increasing number of school-aged population.Therefore,by sorting out and summarizing the provisions of the current regulations that restrict the expansion of primary school campuses in the central urban area of Beijing,the reasons for the establishment of the provisions are analyzed,and the applicability of the regulations is analyzed in combination with the current environmental and social characteristics of the central urban area of Beijing.Finally,from the perspective of overall planning principles,planning layout,land use elements and building unit spatial organization perspectives Campus space expansion design and transformation strategy.Through the case analysis of the space expansion and reconstruction of the primary school in Baijiazhuang Primary School,it provides example support for the relevant strategies of space expansion.
