Optimization Of Non-coal Goods Transportation Organization Scheme In Coal Transportation Channel Based On Timeliness

With the development of national economy and the introduction of relevant policies such as the "dual carbon" target,the economic structure and energy structure gradually develop to the green concept,resulting in the decline of the main role of coal,the depression of the coal transport market,and the transport channel capacity with coal transport as the main task has been effectively released.In contrast to the coal transport market,the non-coal transport market has been effectively developed.In order to cope with the changes in the market,railway transport enterprises put forward the "big logistics" measures to develop non-coal transport.Therefore,how to use existing facilities and equipment to develop non-coal transportation is the main problem that railway transportation enterprises need to solve at present.This study is based on the coal transport channel to study the organization of non-coal transport,which has a certain practical significance for the development of non-coal transport in railway transport enterprises.This study mainly includes the following contents:(1)Firstly,the concepts and capacity release of coal transport channel are analyzed,and then the types of non-coal cargo are briefly introduced,and then the characteristics,requirements and influencing factors of non-coal transport channel are studied.(2)Based on the similarities between non-coal transportation and scattered cargo,express freight train and container transportation in terms of cargo types or organization modes,comparative analysis is made on the organization modes of the above mentioned transportation modes,and the "passenger freight" organization mode is determined for non-coal transportation in this study.(3)Analyzes the elements of the formulation of the operation scheme of non-coal transport freight train.Firstly,from the perspective of non-coal transport freight flow,the influence of freight flow on the formulation of operation scheme is analyzed,and then the influence of road network structure,traffic flow path and other infrastructure equipment and management mode on the operation scheme is analyzed.The theory and method of non-coal transportation and traditional cargo transportation organization are compared and summarized.(4)The fixed transportation cost from the perspective of railway transportation enterprises and the time cost and penalty cost considered from the perspective of freight owners are comprehensively optimized and set as the objective function;Taking the coal transportation channel capacity limitation,transportation time limitation,the condition of freight train operation,the condition of carrying freight flow and freight flow continuity as the constraint conditions,the operation scheme model was constructed,and a simple calculation example was constructed to verify the applicability of the model.(5)According to the specific data of SH Railway,an example is constructed,the above model is used and MATLAB software is used to solve the example,and the comparative optimization results are obtained.By changing the parameters of the model and algorithm,the applicability and flexibility of the model are further verified.
