Air rail intermodal transport has both the technical and economic advantages of civil aviation and railway,and realizes the complementarity of advantages.It is an important development direction of comprehensive transportation.The connection scheme is an important technical solution to realize the time-space connection of air rail intermodal transport.At present,the transportation organization of railway and civil aviation in China’s air rail intermodal transport is independently designed.In the connection scheme,only the connection of the existing timetable can be achieved,which cannot meet the needs of passengers.As a result,the product is not attractive enough,and it is difficult to cultivate the passenger flow of air rail intermodal transport.Therefore,this paper studies the optimal design of the connection scheme of air rail intermodal transport from two aspects of "alternative scheme optimization" and "actual scheme generation",and provides theoretical and technical support for the next air rail intermodal transport product design.The main research contents of the paper include:(1)Analysis of the connection relationship of air rail intermodal transport.Through the comparative analysis of the current situation of air rail intermodal transport at home and abroad,the existing problems of China’s air rail intermodal transport are pointed out.On the premise of defining the three connection elements of connecting train/flight,connecting place and connecting time,two problems of connecting relationship combination and connecting place layout are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimal modeling of air rail intermodal connection scheme.(2)Construction of the optimal design model of the air rail intermodal connection scheme.Based on the strategy of adjusting the flight schedule of the hub airport,take the maximum OD service frequency of the alternative set of connection scheme and the minimum total adjustment of flight schedule as the objective function,and consider the constraints of wake interval,takeoff and landing sequence,position offset,takeoff and landing time,peak hour capacity,no overtaking on the same route and transfer time.The optimization model of alternative set of air rail intermodal connection scheme(M1)is established.On the basis of the alternative set of air rail intermodal connection schemes,take the maximum passenger volume of air rail intermodal transport and the minimum total travel time of all passengers as the objective function,and consider the constraints of train ticket amount,flight ticket amount,transfer conservation and transfer time.The generation model of the air rail intermodal connection scheme(M2)is established.And through the analysis of the multi-objective model solution method,combined with the model characteristics,the constraint transformation method and the hierarchical sequence method are used to solve the problem.(3)Case study.Shijiazhuang Zhengding airport is an airport with good physical conditions and mature air rail intermodal transport in China.Therefore,it is selected for case study.Using C# and CPLEX mixed programming to solve the alternative set of air rail intermodal connection scheme and the actual air rail intermodal connection scheme to verify the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.Through the sensitivity analysis of flight adjustment time window and railway section ticket ratio,it provides decision support for air rail intermodal operators.
