The container sea-rail multimodal transport has experienced many years of development in the world.The container sea-rail multimodal transport in developed countries such as Europe and the United States has achieved good development and great social and economic benefits.The development of China's container sea-rail multimodal transport started late,and there are many limited factors in the development process.Compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States,there is still a big gap.The advantages of container sea-rail multimodal transport are obvious,which plays a great role in promoting the development of social economy.Accelerating the development of container sea-rail multimodal transport will be a major trend in the future development of China's transportation industry.In this paper,the freight product design of the container train in the container sea-rail multimodal transport is studied.The main research contents are as follows.(1)This paper summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad,finds the shortcomings in the research process,and carries out the research in this paper.(2)This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of container sea-rail multimodal transport in China,as well as the main problems and restrictive factors in the development process.(3)This paper studies the time value cost of goods as the implicit cost of container sea-rail multimodal transport to the explicit monetary cost,as well as a part of the cost in the process of container sea-rail multimodal transport.(4)This paper analyzes the influencing factors,elements and feasibility of container train operation,and clarifies the conditions of the operation.(5)The optimization model of container train operation is established.The two objective functions of the model evaluation are the transportation cost of a single container and the connection time of a single container at the port.After the two objective functions are dimensionless normalized and given a certain weight,the overall evaluation of cost and connection time is carried out for the scheme of train operation.(6)Taking Nansha port of Guangzhou as an example,the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the container train operation model,and the optimal train operation scheme is obtained.
