| In the background of rapid development of international trade and increasing demand for ports collection and distribution,promoting the development of container searail intermodal transport has become a key task at the national level to build China’s strength in transportation and the construction of comprehensive national transport network.The effective organization of sea-rail intermodal transport not only relies on the perfect collection and distribution network and seamless facilities and equipment,but also needs scientific and reasonable organization plan of port collection and distribution operation.Based on this,this paper takes the container train as the research object,takes the organization scheme of container sea-rail intermodal transportation train as the research content,addresses the coordination problem between rail and sea transport resources,carries out the research on the container sea-rail intermodal transportation train organization considering the ship arrival time constraint,in order to improve the coordination between the "sea" and the "rail" and the collection and distribution system of ports.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the operation mode and operation process of the sea-rail intermodal transportation,and clarify the factors influencing the organization of port distribution;introduce the organization mode of container train and define the content of container train organization scheme,so as to clarify the research object and content of this paper.(2)Analyze the transportation organization characteristics of container ships and container trains and the influencing factors of the arrival time of container ships,and then clarify the relationship between the arrival time of ships and the organization of container trains.On this basis,the optimization framework of this paper is proposed,and the two perspectives of ship arrival on time and ship arrival time fluctuation are determined to analyze the problem studied in this paper.(3)In the case that the ship arrives at the port on time,the train organization model with the objective of minimizing the cost of sea-rail intermodal transportation is established considering the constraints of port operation capacity,railroad capacity and container transportation timing requirements.And then the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the train organization model,and the initial train organization plan is determined by solving the calculation and comparing the indicators of distribution effect of the organization plan under different frequency.(4)In the case that the ship arrival time is fluctuating,an opportunity constraint model with random variables for the optimization of container train organization scheme with the objective of minimizing the expected cost is established on the basis of the model of ship arrival on time.The solution algorithm and cases are designed to verify the model,and each key parameter is adjusted for sensitivity analysis to summarize the variation law of the output organization plan.This paper considers the influence of ship arrival time on port distribution operation,carries out the optimization study of distribution train organization.The research results can provide theoretical and methodological support for the organization of sea-rail intermodal transport in ports,and have important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the organization efficiency of sea-rail intermodal transport in ports.There are 30 figures,25 tables and 65 references in this paper. |
